On 7th March 2021 I purchased a 12 month’s printed subscription from TIME for R579.00 as advertised on their web site. This was paid by credit card. This was therefore due to expire in April 2022. On 19th April 2022 R899.00 was deducted from this same card by TIME magazine. I DID NOT WISH to renew this subscription I have emailed time-customerervice@time.com at least 8 times and logged a query on the TIME website through the online method with no response. One email on 9th May sent me the courtesy of a reply asking for further detail which I immediately supplied. Since then I have received no further response other than my message has been forwarded to customer services.
Mondorewards have upgraded my package without permission. This was subsequent to a telephonic offer that assured me that there was no extra cost involved. This now costs me more each month. I cannot get them to reverse this. I was eventually promised last week (after 3 months) that they would reverse the upgrade and I would receive a confirmatory phone call. This has not happened.
