I get called multiple times and over the last couple of years I have asked for statements and certain documents but nothing ever arrives, the call center even tells you they are the fist person to phone you even if you have spoken to somebody earlier in the day
I would like to compait about Pudo service, this is the 3rd or 4th time we have had problems with their service. Waybill number LOCK834816, it was double booked, parcel already in the box when depositing a parcel, first off a difficult company to get hold of, numbers on the web are no longer in use, secondly, when one eventually can get hold of them its made out as if you are wronge and they will only help by having to pay for another locker then they will give you a credit, you are unable to speak to a manager or supervisor. This is a problem when companies become to big, they are unable to help, even though you are the customer paying them. Make it easier to speak to people and dont make excuses if you are at fault just rectify the problem so we can move forward, If the mistake was of my making i would gladly pay for another locker
This is a collection company, they phone all the time even though i have asked for certain documents, these documents are never sent, i must have asked for the documents to prove who they are and who they collecting for.
