This lawyers firm is hopeless , been trying to chat to an agent for more than a week, then to finally find a number they answer and end your call ,. Email you wait 2 weeks before receiving any response.

LSSA needs to step in!
To this day I still have not received a paid up letter and clarity as to them clearing my name. Efg have not even moved a finger to this request and clearly ignore the effects of their greed towards diligent paying customers. LSSA needs to step in and review this company. Due diligence is required from an ADULTED human that works in INTEGRITY and has a sense of DIGNITY in Efg Attorneys. It is time to be Grown up Efg and set the standards of your work etiquette to a much higher standard of DIGNATY. BE BETTER!!! BECAUSE YOU KNOW BETTER!!!

LSSA needs to step in!
To this day I still have not received a paid up letter and clarity as to them clearing my name. I was offered a discount on the insanely low outstanding amount and noted to Bereng on email how ridiculous their offer is
I was offered a discount on the insanely low outstanding amount and noted to Bereng on email how ridiculous their offer is. I received a 40% discount and paid the balance in full. Bereng was informed about the payment. To date I have not received back a clearance of the record on this account. It is unacceptable that loyal payers that takes accountability are treated with no dignity. I want this file sorted and cleared off my name.

Just no humanity
This is why you guys do not get any response form your clients you are horribly horribly horribly rude rude why can I not rather deal wit Nedbank directly. Rude awfully rude spoil my entire weekend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Horribly not humanity for someone that just lost a brother and have financial difficulty because my husband is not bringing in a salary, and we are struggling since covid. Your team is horrible. I deal with a lot of debt collectors, and they are so friendly and understanding I will escalate this to Nedbank and putting your name on Hello Peter right now if you are the one phoning me Bereng. If you do not escalate this mail to Management I will!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

APPALLING COMPANY!!!! They don't even deserve 1 star. I paid my account off and realised I had overpaid. I called them and asked for a statement and was asked why do I want one??? I then emailed them several times and received no response. I have tried calling them on the number stated on their emails which is now not in service! As long as I owed them money, they continuously harassed me despite being up to date with my payments and now that they owe me a refund and are not responding.

I get called multiple times and over the last couple of years I have asked for statements and certain documents but nothing ever arrives, the call center even tells you they are the fist person to phone you even if you have spoken to somebody earlier in the day

Inefficient
I am still waiting on a letter from Nedbank with regard to the full payment of my Nedbank Credit Card debt with them. I paid an amount of R214.42 on the 24th February as I was advised by one of their agents that this was the full and final payment. I spoke to a manager/supervisor at EFG and confirmed that it was their error and will be sorted. To date I keep receiving calls from EFG Attorneys who are dealing with the account that I still owe +/- R100-00. When I explain they say it will be sorted and I will receive the letter. I am still waiting. They are extremely inefficient when in the wrong but quick to ask for payment. Please sort this out a.s.a.p. Their reference 5898460742492580
