One year later Supersonic decided to deduct a debit order (for zero services rendered in this year) off my account. Several mails have been sent to remind Supersonic to collect the unit (that is still not collected.) Then we received an email demanding payment (out of the blue, also a year later.) In the meantime we have been happy with our internet provider ( for a year already) where Supersonic to date have not collected their device that serve useless, hence the reason for cancelation (a year ago.) Supersonic ensure the debit order is reversed, with extra cost I endured, added for my banking fees and confirmation when you will remove your device out of my home ON YOUR COST. It takes an adult to perform a task with due diligence!

Nu Debt As per numerous emails the past decade to remove me off your system on claims of NEW DEBT created by you for an account that does not exist. I place on record yet again that I will NEVER use your services and propaganda to market fear and false information to the public through your control strategies on TV and radio platforms and marketing. It revolt me to even think people pay your claims of money you believe people owe you for service NEVER EVER rendered. Remove me off your system and ensure I never receive any form of messages ever again. It is time for SABC and NuDebt to grow up and be adults and stop threatening people with actions against their credit score because you think you have power and authority to manipulate because you think you hold power. Your service has caused enough misleading to the public and death to false marketing and poisoning of humanity. Get your act together and start living in integrity and treat people with Dignaty.
To this day I still have not received a paid up letter and clarity as to them clearing my name. Efg have not even moved a finger to this request and clearly ignore the effects of their greed towards diligent paying customers. LSSA needs to step in and review this company. Due diligence is required from an ADULTED human that works in INTEGRITY and has a sense of DIGNITY in Efg Attorneys. I finally received an allocated statement after many demands for prove of payment, my personal bank statement and my ID verification I have sent. However, Nimble Group claims they didn't receive all the requirements. In this stalling the closure of this account and my refund wit discount of 40% added. Nimble Group likes to make you do all the work because they don't take accountability to the work they are paid to do. Hence moving files and adding costs to the account even IF IT IS IN CREDIT. Simple SMS to celebrate you diligent paying customers PAID UP ACCOUNT is TREATING PEOPLE WITH DIGNITY. LSSA needs to step in and audit this business. I want this account remove from my credit status and cleared of my name. I want my money paid back to me with 40% discount credit. Due diligence required!
Since the last notification (nearly 2 months ago) I finaly received an allocated statement and noticed the terrorizing 7 am call was charged to my account EVERY DAY with R25 per call as well as SMS fee daily R5. LSSA have been notified several times with little intervention. This account has rizen since it started by MUSUSE OF MBD POWER to FEARMONGEING CALLS BEFORE BUSINESS HOUR START DAILY. The best part is that MBD stand in their PRIDE that only reveal their SHAME and GUILT of how they treat people. This is an reflection of the CORE VALUES of MANAGEMENT and is reflected in the people working for them. What a shame that people placed in powerful position misuse this power to gain money through GREED and FEARMONGERING TACTICS. I agreed to a payment monthly and sticked to it. I also notified MBD several times over the years I will NOT pay these added fees, and that is specifically what they targeted to ESCALATE THIS ACCOUNT to the same amount of the opening arrears. Committed, loyal customers taking accountability for debt and discipline to pay it off should be CELEBRATED AND HONORED. This is a healthy adult. MBD has a lot of growing up to do as they are all adults now and I am sure by now KNOW BETTER. I WANT THIS ACCOUNT WRITEN OFF. I WANT LSSA to do a assessment and review what truly is going on at MBD as many other people is affected by this company that has ABSOLUTELY NO INTEGRITY .
As to our previous complaint agreement breached by MBD Attorneys. Every morning at 7 am, I am still harassed with an MBD call center calling me daily to interrigate me where it is agreed they will communicate on email and stic to only what is relevant. The way the call center personnel speaks to consumers is ********* and inhumane. Several email complaints have not been attended to this date as MBD does not respond back to emails sent regarding this matter. The main problem is that MBD Attorneys stack your account with additional costs they create to keep the account in arrears as long as possible. ********* and disrespectful is not how business is moving forward. MBD have a lot to learn and dignity should be their main focus when working with people.
I was offered a discount on the insanely low outstanding amount and noted to Bereng on email how ridiculous their offer is. I received a 40% discount and paid the balance in full. Bereng was informed about the payment. To date I have not received back a clearance of the record on this account. It is unacceptable that loyal payers that takes accountability are treated with no dignity. I want this file sorted and cleared off my name.
A loyal monthly committed payer to NIMBLE GROUP. It disappoint me to inform my depth has been paid in full with no discount received or being informed the account is paid up. I have been struggling with Nimble Group for months to refund my credit back to my account. The mere fact that they leave files long enough for the consumer to forger and then ***** more money from the consumer. This is unauthorised and ********* company behavior not to mention the way the company treat people with cold calling while the monthly payment are already made agreed upon. Nimble Group is ********* in the way they do business and taking money that does not belong to them is unacceptable. I want my credit and discount revert back to my bank account with info sent several times to request my money back to me several times.
