Unhappy service from RCS PNP - what is the purpose of having power of attorney forms signed and they refuse to assist you.

actually that is not even a full star rather 3/4, My son has been struggling to gain access to the telkom portal but they are not very helpful. So telkom should rather discontinue there service and Data sim cards

This lawyers firm is hopeless , been trying to chat to an agent for more than a week, then to finally find a number they answer and end your call ,. Email you wait 2 weeks before receiving any response.

Sassa Grant / Post office bad service
I have been trying to get my child grant account unblock, but it has been back and forth with Sassa and Post office, grant is still paid into the profile but I have not been able to get a new card to draw the money. For some reason I had a fraudulent activity on the profile and they think it is me LOL really when I am the account holder.. Not sure how to go about all this.. Hopefully I will be assisted after this

Feedback
I was with National Debt advisors, not even sure for how long. The accounts that they assisted me was all paid but they have never made contact with me to follow up again, I am trying to use my accounts that they have closed and not able to , Why has nobody reached out to follow up on clients, making sure they can continue their lives normally and without worrying. Sad reality , easy to take but not give back

Bad service
My car was broken into and I was with Dial Direct , trusting my insurance I gladly submit not 1 but 2 claims to be declined but they are happy to deduct your month premiums not 1 but 2 in the same month. Very disappointed in the bad service from DD, very quick to make amendments to your policy to have you pay more but not reluctant to assist with the claims. After many back and forth I find a list of DD suppliers that you can use for quotes , listen not your own it needs to be DD affiliated , and if you are in Cape Town , they only have 1 supplier listed , How ever is this good for business, you refuse to assist on any level possible. I am so frustrated with this , I will be cancelling my policy as I have only had bad service from DD,,
