Rude consultants, I do not know who gave you guys the right to speak to a person as such and you trying to recover whatever you claim to be recovering.
It has been 5 days now and my parcel has been stuck on "Processing" and now my issue is that this will affect my business as the deadline for submission of my company documents is in 1 day away... Parcel cannot be located by Aramex SA. I am never using them ever again... The value of the contract i am submitting is too much.
I have had the worst experience with a wrong order, I specifically ask for streetwise 3 Pap. And to my surprise I get back to the office only to find chips instead of pap. Like in this freaking cold weather I am eating chips like a child. You just lost a loyal customer. THEMBELE was the person taking my order
Mfc can't be reached and even if you send through emails to Collections.Res@mfc.co.za and care@mfc.co.za no one attends to your queries not even the numbers that they provide work But one thing they are good at is sending letter of demands.
The service is ****. Been waiting on a delivery for 3 weeks now, worse part I am 45min away from their "HUB" where goods are stored. In the three weeks they sent 2 messages confirming dispatch but still no delivery. And they do not bother to inform you of any changes. When making follo up you are then placed on hold till you run out of airtime. ARAMEX is the way from now on forward. RAM is the worst and not good at customer service.

A selection of houses have had no lights since good friday. We called eskom and we where told about a turn around period of 4 hours then the following day another turn around period of 72 hours was proposed because of the lack of minimum electricity purchase of which we just learned about it then. Our matter was escalated and we wher promised that field agents will come by tuesday to asses our box. Till today they haven't came and now we are experiencing difficulties because everything that's in the fridge is spoiling. I wonder who is going to replace all this when they decide to take us serious and we have all the receipts for all our purchases. This is really nonsense.
Me and vodacom have 2 different New Activation Quotations. Mine states that my contract period is 24 months that starts from 2017.03.08 and ends 2019.02.26, but till today my account is still being debited. When I call I am told that i was suppose to call them a month before my termination date to cancel my account with them that's why my account is still being debited as I receive data every month. But now only to find out that Vodacome has another New Activation Quotation on thire system that I know nothing about. It says start date is 2017.03.15 and termination date is 2021.12.28, and Contract Period says 36 months. Which all of this is new to me. Only to find out that thire dates are making this contract a 66 months deal. I mean who pays for a HP laptop with a router that only comes with 2gig data for 66 months? I am really disappointed in Vodacom and its sales reps and Accounts department.
My car was taken in as I was bumped into on my right rear fender. The job was properly executed but now the assembling of my vehicle wasnt very professional. 1. My rear right window is not properly adjusted as it does not close all the way up properly, inconvenient as its winter now. 2. My rear right fog light doesn't work anymore. 3. My rear right light isn't *****ed in using all *****s as 1 is missing. I tried calling and when I do so the guy by the name of Loyd is either busy on the phone or with a client. I have raised this issue with then when I drove there but I was then left unattended for about and an hour as I was told that people wher in a meeting, that was unprofessional and i felt like now that all the monies are paid to them they just don't care anymore. I am really disappointed in thire customer service and I wouldn't recommend them.
