I disinvested my savings components as well as the other one on the 13th January 2025 , phoned momentum the following week and consults kept ****ing to me saying it's disinvested only to find out it was only disinvested end of January 2025, I have received such a horrific service from the lady handling my claim her name is Thando , all she did was **** to me everytime I phoned following up , I have also tried to escalate the matter to her manager Gladys but have not received no feedback or phone call to date I have still not received the funds and the 26days from date of disinvestment is over . Overall I have received a horrible service from momentum consults don't do what they get paid to do , it's just not on and unacceptable..
The service I just received at Mama Lucianas Glen Ashley was horrific the guy Clifford who accepts guests at the door and does the table seating was not very welcoming, his entire approach was horrifying.. I'm beyond livid.
Such a pathetic useless service provider I've been without internet since last week friday , still nothing the only time I get info as to what's going on is when I call no makes the initiative to call and notify me anything..everytime I call it's one excuse after the other I dont get it why bother providing the service in my area if they cant get technicians to the site promptly..after mentioning to them a number of times that I work from home and use the internet for work purposes not ..then there is such a useless consultant called Ralph never shows initiative or try and go the extra mile to help a customer I've dealt with him a number of times, very useless ..I would like to cancel my supù
Nobody is ever willing to help you there and get your matter resolved or even bother to escalate it to managment..
Recieved such a poor and disgusting service from Adrian Francis who is the liability administrator only because we a third party claim.he never responses to emails I've made numerous calls to follow up on the claim..his attitude stinks and his always blatantly rude instead of getting his work done its taken them a few months to process this claim..I was hit by a truck from EastRand Bulk Petroleum on the 18th of December 2021 and still suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder..the level of service at ium is utterly disgusting.im beyond livid.
