When they say "You always get something Out" they mean it. My calls always get's answered in no time whenever I have a query. I actually called to enquire about my renewal policy letter, and was pleasantly surprised on the outcome. Didn't expect that, but it just goes to show the level of customer service at OUTsurance is remarkable. Well done to Chantelle Carr for her awesome service.

I ordered Pizza online from Debonairs Maponya Mall on Saturday 3rd June 2023 and the Pizza to this day was never delivered. I called the store and was told the driver is on his way as he had four other orders. I waited another hour and called the store again but couldn't get through. I then called Debonairs customer service and was told they'll try get hold of the store so the store can call me back to tell me what's happening with my order, that also never transpired. I then called the customer service again on Sunday 4th June and it was requested from me to send an email to famousbrands@dsg.co.za and explain what happened for me to get a refund. I did all that and up till now, no one has responded. This is absolutely unacceptable and needs to be resolved immediately. I'm hoping to get a response from Famous Brands or the store before it will leave me with no option but to take this matter the furthest it can go. Jermayne Edwards +27 72 783 8228
