on the 8th october i requested a settlement on the bond of a deceased estate and khanyisa stemele emailed it which i settled within the hour and was told contact couzyns to proceed further which was done and i even paid couzyns then told we still have to settle which was done .the funds were taken into the wrong account which we only knew 13 december dispite calling everyday. the debit ran 3 months after being settled and to date this is not sorted we now have to face problems because of absa how is this fair i call everyday have call logs 30 to 40 mins no help a manager needs to call me urgently or i will take legal action 0333943882
