Amazing Experience
Absolutely amazing experience. Garments are gorgeous and affordable, stitching are incredibly neat and was shipped before the given date. Tracking was so informative and accurate. It's definitely a trustworthy site

Worst Incompetant System
Worst incompetant System! I started my maternity claim journey in February when I went on maternity leave. I submitted all documents except baby's birth certificate which I submitted in March. When I go to the Phoenix office they say offline which is always common at this branch. Then next time i went they say the documents submitted are an old version... why wasn't this picked up in the first place and further more documents I submitted were on their government website how can it be old it should have been updated! Then they say I filled out form incorrectly then I resubmitted. They kept giving me date to come two weeks or a week apart. This is now going on for four months now i still haven't gotten paid. Went to their offices again on the 13 June only to find out the staff are all sitting outside as the department didn't pay their rent and they have been locked out from the premises, spoke to one of the staff members and she said they were sitting outside since the past 3 days. The lady also said payments are delayed further now apparently the department picked up some fraud so all payments processed from 1st June will be delayed. I'm honestly soo fedup with the system and incompetence of the department literally for our own money we must beg and fight so hard. Especially during post pregnancy when we need these funds the most. Literally dont know when or if i will get paid out, They don't pick up their phones I actually feel lost!!!
