Failed to deliver - order outstanding and I am told that the parcel don't have my information but yet I did fill iny information before making payment for my order
Bad customer service, no one answered the phone and delivery long overdue -AC0000311062 Was supposed to be delivered from the 14-17 of December 2025, when I call them...no one is picking up. And I send them an email with my particulars but no one has made contact with me. This is mediocre & unacceptable
I had a traumatic experience at Kemptonpark home affairs today. To day we learned that our late father who passed away in 1991 was recorded as alive on the system. We then went to home affairs to enquire and get help on process of his unrecorded death as we have the death certificate. We were referred to one of the offices that deals with similar situation. We found a senior African lady whom we explained everything to and she then told us to go back to Cape Town "where our father died and his death was recorded" as They can't help us. We explained to this lady that we had the death certificate all we needed was for them to update it on the system as she insisted that we must go to where our father died as this could only be done in cape Town and we dont have money to go to cape town This, we are also not fami**** with cape Town. This saddens me as home affairs has the same system and my late father was a South African citizen and we are also South Africa citizens. I am extremely disappointed at the level of unprofessionalisim and poor service we received today at Home Affairs Campton park
I signed up with Clientele legal early 2023 (policy no: 953199055241025), in 2024 I started with divorce proceedings, and they said they will not be able to assist me due to the fact that my spouse separated from me in 2017. they said I must get an external Attorney to assist, but they continue deducting money from my bank. So, I managed to get an external Attorney to assist with the legal proceedings on the divorce. i then decided to cancel the legal policy with clientel due to no support and them refusing to allocate me a lawyer for my case. Clientel canceled the policy but they insist on deducting money from my bank as they say cancelation takes 31 working days. i am dissapointed with the manor which I have been treated as a customer. why are you taking my cash if you will not represent me and yet still insist on taking my cash even though you will not cover me. this is day light ******* and poor service; I feel like I have been ****med as I am currently undergoing financial strain of having to pay for the Attorney for my divorce case and still pay Clientele legal non existing policy that has been canceled.
Waited for a 05:30pm bus from Big bird (midrand) which didn't arrive. We waited there until 08:00pm after calling eagle liner customer service for several times with no luck. An eagle liner bus arrived and took all the peaple who had been waiting there for the busses. The bus dropped us all at JHB park station. 22:25 pm...we are still in park station waiting for the bus to take us to Uitenhage. We didn't receive any messages from the Eagle line. This is by far the worst service
Agreement of loss documents signed and returned back to the momentum car insurance. I returned the courtesy vehicle on the 24 November 2022. For the past 2 weeks I've been chasing after momentum without response. I've sent emails to follow up on the payment, I haven't received any response from Basetsana the momentum consultant. What's really sad is I had to complain on Hello peter previously to get a courtesy vehicle. The premium was deducted deducted from my account end of November for the vehicle that had already been written off. No one has returned to me concerning my payout. I am truly dissatisfied and disappointed with this level of service and how this matter is still hanging.
I am a momentum client with a car cover, I had an accident where i hit the pothole and the bottom of my car got damaged. I submitted a claim last Monday the 17th of October 2022, the consulted started telling me that i had an intentional accident due to the fact that i drove to the nearest fuel station after i hit the pothole. This accident happened in the evening around 20:00pm and i am a woman, it is only natural to go to the nearest fuel station for examination and safety purposes. The impact of the pothole did not show immediately. I am still sitting without a curtesy car; the claim hasn't been approved. I am currently using public transport but yet i have a car insurance cover. This is a bad customer service; I am disappointed with how the claim has been handled. we are treated with so much warmth and respect during sign up but when the time for claims happen, we get treated like criminals
On Wednesday the 15 June 2022, I had a bad experience. My house keys broke as I was opening the door. I then called locksmith, they asked for my location. I asked them for a quote and they never gave me. So they sent one of their guys...I asked him before he left midrand for the price and he never gave me he said his prices are affordable . So he got to my house in Kempton park. When he arrived I had already removed the door handles. He unhooked the door and damaged the lock system. After that he sent me an invoice of R1595😭😭😭, I didn't have that kind of money, I asked for my brother and the lock smith guy started threatening me because he could see that I was struggling to put the money together. I said to him I asked you for a quote prior to avoid such and you refused to quote me nor giving me your prices. I managed to raise funds. He left my locking system damaged and never even attached my handles. I ended up asking a neighbor of mine to clean up the lock Smith's mess. Immediately I reported the matter to lock smith and they said they would attend to the matter on the the following morning....till now no one has even tried to contact me
