I’ve ordered online. I didn’t receive my order. I was told the driver was at my gate for 10min no communication from the driver or whatsoever. I called the store they said they won’t be held accountable for ‘my negligence’ No order,no refund. The manager is telling me that he is not in this world to babysit my feelings and orders. I must try and order again,yet I have not received any refund from their side and I was made aware that I won’t get anything.
I canceled my credit at best home a month a go. But to my surprise they decided to deduct money from my account,I called them immediately after they deducted,they said they'll sort it out. Till to date nothing is happening.. Today I went to their store,they told me that they don't have money.
I bought a washing machine at Best home and electric,when you pour water it just drains the water. I reported telephonically I didn't get a way forward,I went there physically still they haven't came to check it out..
Ackerman's still doesn't want to process my documents,since they mentioned that they'll get back to me and refund me.
I've been paying my account from 2018. I never took anything from Ackerman's,they said it's for a card.. To my surprise,I've been paying R20 for the so-called card,from R20 to R75.. Now I'm being told that I owe R758.... People need not to open account from Ackerman's!!!
