MISREPRESENTATION OF ITEM
I bought a glass door online at vanacht doors, when the door arrived it had no glass in it, it is just a door frame. 2 Pane Glass Door – Meranti – 813×2032 R1,590.00 813 / 762 x 2032 x 40mm this is exactly what the description says about the door, nowhere does it stipulate that it is just a door frame, it clearly states" GLASS DOOR" My order was confirmed and once again it stated the below: 2 pane GLASS DOOR [Order #57688] (March 12, 2026) Product Quantity Price DOOR PAINT GRADE 2 Pane Glass Door - Meranti - 813x2032 1 R1,090.02 Subtotal: R1,090.02 Shipping: R238.05 (incl. healthcare very bad for the sick
I have been going for my annual mammograms since 2022, i called the radiology department yesterday just to confirm if i went this year or late last year as i wasnt sure, as my medical aid only pays for one mammogram per year. so i just needed to make sure of this as i have an appointment with the breast specialist in a few days. the lady that answered the phone told me i could not have been there last year as their machine wasnt working all of last year. i then called my medical aid and they confirmed that i was there on the 24th of November 2023, i then called back to book an appointment, and i was told that they do not take appointments they only take walk in, between 9 and 13:00, i then called this morning just after 9 to confirm that i could walk in, when i got there a very grumpy person told me that i had to have an appointment for a mammogram, this after i left work and had to now to go back to work and then return at 11. this service is truly pathetic, especially when one is in pain and not in a good frame of mind. i then came back t work and called garden city wanting to speak to the hospital manager, i have on record on my work phone the number of times i have had to call back as the person/s they put me through to still has not answered my call/s. is this service okay from heatlhcare professionals? i feel as if i am at a government hospital.

Bad service
Good day, i have been trying to get hold of this company as there is a debit order going off my account from them, and i suspect that it is *****, so i have requested the loan documents over two weeks ago and i still havent received it. And there is no contact number to contact them.

Bad customer service
I placed an order for a doll with Sibahle collections/be bounce hair, three weeks ago, i made payment immediately. their shipping policy says that they deliver within 2 to 3 days. to date i have not heard from them, i have sent countless emails they never reply, i called numerous time the phone goes straight to voicemail.

outdated information
My experian credit report has outdated information on it, i have emailed them with my latest credit report from Transunion that has my updated information on but they are just ignoring my requests. And all they do is send me emails requesting the same documentation that i keep on sending over and over again yet they dont update my information, the report also VERIFIES that i still work at my old company and i was retrenched from there in 2019. this is affecting my credit rating and i am in the process of buying a house and i am unable to obtain credit anywhere as a result of this.
