Rilwele Mulaudzi’s service was great and very informative. Made it easy to complete my request.
If it were possible I would rate it a negative 5/5. A teller named Cynthia was rude and took time in responding to my messages and put me on hold everytime I made an enquiry, to which I just lost R600 in an unused ticket with the Eagle Liner coach. It was my first time using this service, it is definitely my last time.
The staff is unprofessional, the hotel is dirty, the sheets are dirty, there are ****roaches in the fridges, the cupboards and sinks are dirty.
Yesterday at 12:06, I was utterly disrespected by Sipho Mweli when I went to gym due to me not receiving their automated sms about the gym closure. His attitude was not just stinking bit beyond apprehension and telling me that no one will reprimand him even if I reported. I am very disappointed with this treatment after I have brought so many customers because of the excellent service this far. The manager tried to defuse the situation but guy was adamant he's above reprimand. I truly hope this guy will be dealt with because if no action is taken I'm going to social media with this ...
