Very unpolite and explain untruth for the reason they call. tell you that they just updating their database and that they need the form back ASAP. A month later they let ITC summons send a letter demanding outstanding monies of R15k. The mobile number allocated doesn't get answered or can't hear them contact them and various number when they contact you back of which you will never get through. Rude Rude Rude as they don't even explain when you ask the reason for the summons letter and won't give you a chance to speak. Looks more like ITC is partnering with them to scare people into paying. where are the ads or marketing that you will be paying R15k for?
