I purchased a Manna Health product online on the 9th December and paid for delivery. The delivery company have notified me of upcoming delivery on 4 separate occasions, but have yet to deliver the package. I have sent 3 mails to Manna Health for feedback on the order, with no response. I have also requested that the order be cancelled, due to non-delivery, and the funds refunded to me - again, no response to my request. Seems like a ***** operation and this will be my first and very last order from them ever, if this is how they treat customers.
For the 2nd time, I've received a call from 'Nedbank Card Division' from the number: 010 745 1220. The lady told me there had been some unauthorised spending on my card for R80,000 and that she would assist me in blocking my cards immediately, if it wasn't me spending money on my card. For a while I played along with her, acting horrified at such unauthorised spending on my card. She then wanted to know if I could log into my device while she was on the phone, so that she could assist me in cancelling my cards. It was then that I mentioned that I don't have a Nedbank account and haven't had none for 15 years. I am not a Nedbank customer. She argued with me and when I asked her for my ID number, she had a very close number to my actual ID number and when I told it wasn't the correct number, she argued with me that it was in fact correct. I told her she was ****ming me and she said she was not and was calling from Nedbank. I dropped the call at that stage. Nedbank might want to look into this, as I tried calling their ***** line, but you just hang on for ages and they don't offer an online ****-reporting option. To anyone else reading this, beware of 'your' bank calling you with stories of unauthorised spending and requesting you to login to your account from your device, while they are on the phone with you
Although they appear to have a 'genuine' website, with 2 contact numbers and 2 emails addresses, as well as an option to contact them directly from their site, they do not respond to emails, phone calls or messages - take your money and don't deliver any goods! I wish I had checked out online reviews before purchasing and I admit to having been taken in by the fact that they looked 'for real' on their website! So bad that they can get away with this.
After my previous complaint about Vodacom, Marley called me and acted like he was going to sort everything out, but needless to say, the 'new' phone is back in for 'repair' and I get no feedback from Marley or the Vodashop in Bredasdorp or Vodacom. The new phone was delivered on 21st May, went in for it's first repair on 7th June. 18 days later it was returned to me and stopped charging again 2 days later and was once again sent in to the Voda shop in Bredasdorp on the 27th June, where it has been since. I have requested a job # from the store to give to Marley, to no avail. Vodacom keeps sending emails saying the job has been 'ended' - whatever that means. Samsung has contacted me to check if I am satisfied with the repair, but I don't have the phone back to answer the question! Terrible service all round and I am left with no phone and no feedback/contact. I have requested a new phone, since this phone was brand new but is obviously faulty, but because the fault first appeared after 7 days, it goes in for 'repair' and Vodacom refuses to replace it. Sadly, I will be stuck with the phone for 2 years. I will not be renewing 4 Vodacom contracts in my name, as they come to the end of their contract terms - I'd take my chances with another service provider who can actually do 'Customer Service'. Vodacom and the Vodashop in Bredasdorp are both seriously disappointing for lack of communication and feedback, never mind actually sorting the problem out to the customer's satisfaction
I renewed my contract with Vodacom and received my phone upgrade - a Samsung A05S. After 16 days, the phone stopped charging and had to be sent in to Vodacom. Because the phone was more than 7 days old, Vodacom would not give me an exchange, but sent it in for repair. I was told it could take up to 2 weeks for repair. 18 days later, I was told it was ready for collection. The technician had to remove and replace the screen in order to get to the charging port and in so doing removed the silicon screen protector which I had purchased for R250 to protect the screen when I got the new phone. According to the in-store Vodacom consultant, Vodacom do not replace accessories that they remove, which is pretty disgusting service to paying clients! In addition, there are marks on the body of the phone, where the 'technician' opened the phone and damaged the body. This was basically a brand new phone, which has been messed with by Vodacom and it seems I just have to accept this level of 'service' as that's the way Vodacom treats loyal customers. Vodacom has me locked in to my contract for another 2 years, whereafter I will be taking all 4 Vodacom contracts in my name to another SP. I'm not even going to start with Samsung......needless to say, I'm a VERY unhappy and reluctant customer!
The best fresh produce market in Bredasdorp, Overberg with a great selection of fresh fruit and veggies, nuts, seeds, sweets, baked goods and some proper fynbos flowers. Excellent and friendly service from all staff.
We placed an online order, for delivery as a gift for a friend. Initially the order was for approximately R800, but was delivered without one item, that was supposedly in stock, but it turned out it wasn't in stock and we were informed only once the order went out. The value of that item was refunded. The 'gift' was only opened by the recipient a week after delivery (on the recipients birthday) and 1 item, valued at R69.00 (out of the total order value of +/-R500) was missing from the package. The invoice said that there were 2 of these items, as ordered, but the package only had 1 item. The runaround we've had with Builders Warehouse to 'prove' that the item was not included in the package - it's our word against theirs - has been disproportionate to the value of the item. Aside from the hassle to the recipient who has also been dragged into the fiasco - so much for the joy of receiving a gift delivered for their birthday! After someone from BW spoke to the recipient to verify what was in the package, there has been no response or follow up to us (or the recipient) from BW and they've happily pocketed the small amount for the item that was not delivered. Not a good reputation to get. Needless to say, we won't ever be ordering online from BW, because it is obviously too much for them to handle, and we will always look at other stores for future purchases before buying anything from BW. Leroy Merlin is a good competitor and so far have been able to deliver full online orders!
