Absolutely unbelievably USELESS client service between Aramex Sandton and myself. Aramex received my parcel on the 19 Dec 2024 had all my details and delivery information, on the 23 Dec 2024 @ 11:11am I received a email (Thozama) asking me to confirm my delivery address and was informed my order would be delivered the next day. On the 24 of Dec 2024 I received a phone call from Aramex Sandton (Busi) @ 10:37am asking me to confirm my address yet again , I informed her I had already been contacted to confirm my address and that I was actually expecting my parcel to arrive. I was told my parcel had been placed on hold to confirm my delivery address , I strongly stated to Busi that the package was a Christmas present and I needed it as was promised and arranged. At 16:00pm on the 24 of Dec 2024 I had not received and or had any communication with regards to my delivery, I decided to call and no one at the Sandton office was available to help, I was transferred to the Cape Town branch where I was told my parcel had been left behind due to a “undeliverable” address. I was informed I could go to the Sandton depot on Christmas Day between 8 and 10am to collect my package, this was incorrect and no one was available. I am disappointed and disgusted at the client service supp****, had I been told there was a issue with delivery in the first communication I would have taken it upon myself to fetch my package. Useless and the LAST TIME I EVER UTILISE ARAMEX EVER.

I purchased two Enertec 674S-red 12V 105AH batteries at the end of July 2023. My inverter was installed mid August 2023 so the batteries where only put to work then. At no stage during my purchase was I ever asked what the batteries were for, nor was I ever warned of their terrible life span. I decided on Enertec due to knowing someone with exactly the same set up as I had. They have used their batteries far more frequently than we do and had their's around 1 year when I purchased mine. I ran my inverter at maximum 8%, using a fan, TV, wifi and 2 led lamps for 2 hours during load shedding. Now I'm lucky to get 1 hour running nothing more than my wifi. The frustration is not only the fact that the batteries lasted nothing more than 6/7 months but the disgusting after sells Enertec Johannesburg supp**** me. To get ahold of anyone is hard enough but eventually got put through to Kenny. I explained the situation and Kenny asked if I would bring the batteries through, I told Kenny they are 45min away from my house and I need to know when I arrive something can and will be done. I took the batteries through, parked near the door and not one person asked if I needed assistance or help just stared blankly. After getting the batteries inside I was quickly told I'm wasting my time as these batteries last nothing more than 3 months with load shedding stages 4/5 or 6 and they won't change the units, they will check them and let me know in 3/4 working days as to what is wrong with them. I asked the extremely abrupt employee how this was possible and why no one warned me of the batteries life span. He abruptly stated I can research and educate myself they are all like that, to this I responded that I come to a battery place to buy batteries and have your experience and expertise lead the way. I feel it is well known Enertec supply inferior quality products and services, I would strongly suggest using other suppliers other than Enertec as all they want is your money.
I have been a customer at Webafrica for many years and have not been to unhappy with their product but their customer service and after service is appalling!!! I have tried to cancel my latest contract with them since the beginning of May 2022 for which they have continued to charge me for, I have not been able to get through to anyone at accounts cancelation for months. You get pushed to use their what's app service which to date I have had to deal with 15 different people who all cannot assist and pass you on to someone else. I eventually got a hold of a person in account retention who apologised for all the irritation I had experienced over the weeks, she promised to assist and I received a cancelation letter on the day and thought all was done and finally canceled. On the 1st of July 2022 thinking the contract was closed and sorted and awaiting a refund on the months I shouldn't have been billed, I yet again was debited. Only a sales representative answered the call when trying to get through to webafrica yet again. Having to sort out the same issue again after calling and emailing the account retention agent numerous times without any joy. A sales representative I managed to have the contact with canceled AGAIN and I had invoices and cancelation letters sent through to me on the day. On reading the invoice my account was being credited a month's fee but no refund as per the request, on sending a email to the sales representative to ask how an account can be credited when there is no account in place or needed anymore would work. This email has of course not been answered or replied too and today I received a invoice for the router that as per the contract I took out 4 years ago belongs to me is now being charged for. Webafrica make it impossible to stop or reverse their monthly debits as they run them as "purchases" and only they can stop them or reverse them. I strongly recommend that you look at other services providers as Webafrica are after your money and nothing more, their customer service is a joke and you are better off dealing with a different company.
I purchased and paid in full for a Audi A5 from South Gate Wheels CLEARVIEW MOTOR VILLAGE, Tugela Ave, Florida, Roodepoort, 1724 on the 23rd of May 2022 from the salesman Lesley. I collected it on the 24th of May 2022 to find many visual issues immediately and was only able to drive my new car for 2 weeks due to major gearbox problem!! The car was sent in as per my request prior to my purchase to Dekra West Gate and the gearbox failed dismally on the 1st attempted test that was the 22nd of May. It was returned on the 23rd unbeknownst to me for a 2nd test and spectacularly passed. I reported the gearbox and visual problems on the very first day I collected it to Lesley and he promised to have it all fixed. After days of frustration and many visits to the dealership the Manager Tariq and Lesley have dodge and dived rather than to take the action required. Tariq's and Lesleys after sales and attitude towards me and the issues are absolutely appalling!! My vehicle was returned to South Gate Motors on the 21st of June after numerous attempts to finally have the gearbox reconditioning done, 1 week later the vehicle is still parked in the dealership outside parking with nothing done or progress started. No one contacted me nor does anyone take responsibility. I was promised a replacement vehicle to use while my vehicle was in for the repairs and still have not received anything after 1 week of continuing to request so. On returning to the dealership on the 28th of June 2022 Tariq continues to brush me off and have a unbelievable "don't care attitude" towards me. I was told that my vehicle was planned to go in for the repairs on the 29th of June 2022 and would magically be ready for me in 2 days!!, after being told by the gearbox workshop that my vehicle would be there a minimum of a week and a half. I have never been treated so poorly and or been so blatantly lied too, every time I manage to get some feed back every excuse is used and I am lied to. Be extremely careful about purchasing a vehicle from South Gate Wheels as they clearly lie and cover know serious issues with the cars they sell!!!!
