Poor Time Management and Unprofessional Behaviour by the staff.. I was fhe 1st person to check into APM WC bus to be told after 1 hour and 30 minutes that it’s no longer going to my destination, East London.
It’s been 3 days now, I tried to report 2 unsuccessful purchases online. Due to an error, those 2 orders were incomplete but my Capitec account was debited even though the purchases were not successful. The orders were waiting for payment and ended up being cancelled but they on the other side Capitec didn’t cancel the payment. The clothes were on sale and I feel helpless because I am struggling to get my money from Capitec as this matter is waiting for an investigation.
Last month at MTN Beacon Bay I paid at store and the system did not capture my payment. They kept sending messages that I should pay until I went to the store and they resolved it. This month my router, the Ethernet pot is not connecting. I had to buy a new cable for nothing because the problem is the router, they just keep making me paying extra and I’m tired.
