We ordered a pair of Aqua Socks online just after 7pm yesterday (on a Sunday night). Expected delivery date was in 7 days. This morning I was surprised to get an email that the order was completed and the product was being shipped. I received the package just after 4pm. That's 21 hours after placing the order! I am blown away by the efficiency. Will definitely buy online again!
I've had a Minecraft gaming server with Hostinger for a few months now. When I upgraded to better specs, the service stopped working. Their support team has been "investigating" the problem for five days now. There's no feedback, no communication, and it's still not working. As a Linux technician myself I KNOW it's something that can be resolved quickly and easily. They are USELESS.
I completed my 18 month rental term, then got offered an option to pay my buyout over 3 months, which I accepted. After the final payment, I requested my Certificate of Ownership and the removal of Mobicontrol software which gives Rentoza remote access to disable my device. Suddenly they “couldn’t locate” my first two buyout payments, even after I sent them proof of payment directly from the bank. I contacted a member of their top management, who then offered me 20% discount on my next purchase and a “promise to look into the matter,” which amounted to nothing. I will NOT support this company ever again, and I won’t recommend them to anyone. I have never seen such pathetic admin and service in my life.
Stay AWAY! This company takes payment, does nothing, and ignores refund requests. To top it off, the owner lies to his staff and doesn't pay them, then ghosts and replaces them. Gerhard Lessing is a con artist and this business is a complete and utter ****.

The first order is a pleasure. Good range of products, not too overpriced. However, after the first order things get worse. Customer care is terrible. It takes hours or days before they respond to simple queries, and sometimes multiple emails are necessary before they finally respond. And you'd think it's easier to order a second product after you've been paying on time, every time, for half a year... Oh no. It's more difficult. More hoops to jump through, and they don't give you proper instructions. I like Rentoza, I really do, and I'm thankful to them. But seriously, do something about your so-called "service"!!!
