Good day Please note that I wrote an email to you guys this morning with no feedback. I expressed my disappointment with regards to the ****** remarks “Mshini” a big brother contestant made a couple of weeks ago and was not addressed or attended to, this should have called for an immediate disqualification, we all know our history as a country and somehow she did not even get a warning? Was overlooked because of her race? Because if it was a colored person calling a black person that there would’ve been an outrage? You people also allowed for a man to threaten violence on a woman without a warning?? What is this ************** and why is it being overlooked? May we have this addressed whilst other parties I have contacted are still busy with investigations
I would like to extend gratitude for exceptional service with a battery replacement from Garth in Supa Quick Montague gardens Cape Town. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to get me sorted. I definitely will be coming back in the near future for all my car necessities
If you want to know how it feels like using what feels like “back door insurance” ,you may go ahead and take your chances with MiWay I am driving a car with a part missing after an accident because I was told by their supplier \3rd party I can make use of the car And this would’ve been week 4 of being without a car No communication done of what’s been happening just “you can come get the car, we were going to explain when you came to pick up your car” Emotionally I am over this, financially, just revoke the axcess to compensate
I have honestly had the worst experience\service ever imagined, my car is till not back and we are now 3 weeks in no communication from my insurance, 3rd party has just ordered parts I cannot wait for this whole ordeal to be over so I search for new insurance I have just asked for ombudsman to reopen this case and look into it, I can’t believe I’ve spent R10000 on excess and much more on Ubers because no one is playing their part. Definitely do not recommend
Hi guys please assist me I boughs a pair of Karl Lagerfeld sneakers and have only worn them 3 times at the V&A waterfront branch in Cape Town, they still look brand new and I still have the packaging and they tore inside on both sides, they took pictures at the store and said they would come back to me and said they are not able to replace them because I reported on the 4th month of buying them. I spent over 4,5 thousand on these for them to be damaged and start peeling on the third wear, they still look brand new
I took insurance with “standard insurance on behalf of liberty “ about 3 months ago, they have been debiting my account for the past 3 months, they sent me a confirmation email that welcomed me to their insurance and received my inspection certificate. I however had a breakdown yesterday my car battery switched off in the middle of the road I call the insurance 6 times and they kept advising someone would come back to me because they could not confirm my policy, as a woman alone stuck in the middle of nowhere When Kopano the supervisor eventually came back to me they advised they would send someone out that I had to pay cash a call-out fee of R715 and this will be refundable to me when they can confirm my policy only on Monday Luckily I did have cash with me and the people arrived an hour later of which I had to give them cash in hand with no receipt or proof of anything, still waiting to see if I will be refunded on Monday and yes I will be changing insurance
