Booked a treatment at this spa for 11am. I got there at 10:30am, way early for my time. I checked in and Moshidi at the reception confirmed my 11:15 appointment, i tried to say 11 o’ clock but she insisted 11:15. Which was fine cos 15 min later. I changed into their rope and went upstairs to wait. I waited and waited, the stuff was just passing me as if there was NO one. I eventually asked one lady who took me to the reception. The reception, i was told my appointment was MOVED to 12:15. What!!! NO ONE BOTHERED TO TELL ME THAT NONSENSE, WHY? After travelling all the way and all this? It will never be thr end of this. I will make sure everyone knows about this ****py service. I have left the spa without a treatment. And no one cared….
Momentum insure is a good insurance however, there’s an employee called Lerato Motsoko in the claims department. Damn that girl thinks she owns the department and she is just junior employee. Her attitude is bad and she gives a terrible service. Firstly she sent me a wrong excess amount and when i called to query the amount, she claims to have “authorised the amendment of the excess” , Bull****!! Then when I called her , she literally gives an attitude and Shouts. Momentum doesn’t need such employees with attitude. I go through a lot with the stress of having to deal with claims and instead of a good service, i get welcomed by such attitude. Disgusting 🤮 Remove that girl from that department, she is ia not the one to handle already stressed customers
O took car there for repairs, worst nightmare. Initially they said it will take UP TO TWO WEEKS, its been over a month now and i am waiting for my car. The car basically has been seating there “decorating” their yard. When i query, it’s Always a different story. Please don’t take your car to that place of you don’t want to be frustrated
Zandile Marutha, apparently she manages the club at Vodaworld but i bet a grate 1 learner can do a better job. She doesn’t do anything, she doesn’t address member’s concerns, she doesn’t fix the equipments. I have complained a several times about the removal of the beat trainer in the club. Has she addressed my concerns, not even once. No feedback. She does return calls nor respond to emails. Can she come out and address the concerns of the members and stop being personal. Sabelo was the best group trainer at virgin active vodaworld and he good at what he does. But I guess if you are great, it drives another black person like Zandile Marutha crazy. What has she done since she became a “manager” at the club, other than destroying the club’s reputation. Why do we even have her as a club manager of she doesn’t listen to our concerns?
