I sold a house in Mangaung in 2017. All the paper work was filed by the attorneys (electronically and in person). Still, every month Risima sends me an email demanding outstanding payment. I have explained the situation to their agent Glen Motladile. I even put him in contact with my lawyer. And still I get their demanding emails. Do they want to solve the issue or are the making money by not solving it?
I get regular marketing emails from PEP. I want to unsubscribe. That function does not work - it has never worked in months. I have sent email to PEP with promises to look into the matter. No luck. I still get the emails. I you try to unsubscribe you get this message: 500 - Internal server error.
I phoned Vox. Was told to send an email. I did then send a email message on Wednesday 17 April 2024. I have a reference number. I am still waiting for someone to phone me back. Every time I phone, either the phone is not answered or I am put through to a mailbox where I leave a message with no results.
Why are you so dishonest? Why not upfront with your full amount? Why do you have to sneak in an additional "convenience fee" that is not visible to the client until you get to the credit card confirmation? This is not good business practice. It might only be R35 but it is the principle of the thing. I hope never to have to use your service again.
I rent a car from their website where I was offered a discount. When I got to the airport they made me pay again - this time larger amount. Later they claimed it was is mistake and paid back the discounted amount. When I called them they said I should write to them. I did. No response. This morning I left another note - no response. I clicked on the "Call me please" button on the website. No response. Am I the only one?
Useless! Keep getting promises but noting more. "We will phone you back" - I have a list of these on my phone! "we are in a transition phase" - lots of these emails also
