We were in the process of booking a hotel room and the hotel showed that all the rooms were fully booked but the funds were deducted for the same hotel that was fully booked and a refund was said to be made within 7-10 days and no refund was received till today after 3 weeks. We sent emails that explained what happened and they said we must reach out to their London offices which the telephone is on hold for almost an hour, even the hotel responded directly and sent booking.com an email but to no avail. This app is the worst app ever as money cannot be taken without any reason or booking made 😠😠😠😠
Worst insurance ever to come across There’s zero communication whatsoever and if they do respond it’s after 3 weeks I will never recommend doing business with them
MFC failed to debit from my account yet the money was there and it has happened twice within 1 year and proof was given of it and silence until they phoned saying I cannot prove that they failed to do it . They put you on hold for 30 minutes to an hour before answering. I would never recommend them to all my contacts for financing your vehicle as they are horrible. If zero stars were possible it would suit them
Whenever they failed to debit from my account they cancelled my insurance and made me phone their useless call centre and give me attitude I will never refer nor advise anyone to do business with them
