Don't ever ever ever rent any property from Natrent. No matter how clean you leave the place, and without any defects exactly as you found it, when you leave, they come with stories that the place must be deep cleaned, walls and door need to be repaired (I would love to see the damaged walls / doors), and the place to be repainted (it was full of spots when I moved in). My deposit is almost R8k for the 2 bedroom flat I rented, now they come with expenses worth over R11k for so-called repairs, so now I owe them R2.7k They can go f#ck themselves and I will never ever rent anything from them ever again. Also while living in the unit, I had endless problems with a ridiculous electricity tariff (almost R6 per unit), and they just don't give a **** about the tenant at all, only the owner count for them. I will never ever do business with these ******* again.
This service provider are a bunch of ****mers and you do not get what you're supposed to. I got this home LTE month-to-month (thank God it's m2m so that I can cancel). It has FUP of 300 gigs. Every single month at the 20th or 21st, I have run out of data and FUP kicks in, but the router's meter shows like 210 gigs. When I hotspot with my phone with Vodacom for the whole day, I use less than 7 gigs (which calculates to about 210 gigs a month), but the this MTN ****, I'm running out of 300 gigs within 20 days??? Previously I had a VC contract with 300 gigs capped data, and I NEVER ran out (so I'm using less than that), but with MTN by the 20th I'm out. Guess it's time to cancel this idiot provider and go back to VC. I got this because I liked the M2M and not being stuck in a contract. I'll sign a VC contract tomorrow with a smile. They now offer a 600 gig for R399 on a 3 year contract. By the way, this R399 M2M of MTN went up to R465 (and you don't even get what you pay for). MTN will never ever see me again. I'm signing my 600 gig VC contract tomorrow with a smile.
DO NOT, I repeat do NOT EVER use these ******* company. I don't even use 4000 liters of water per month, because the water pressure is so **** here, it will take half a day to fill a bath. We shower (wife and I together to save water) about 4 times a week, do washing once a week (2 loads in the same water), and the little bit of dishes daily. My charges for water in the last 6 months wasn't more than R300 (by the way, where is the first 6000 liters that every household supposedly gets for free???). This month I got an account for R1336 for water, and after querying, they told me that it was estimates and that I must pay the full amount. How can an estimate be 4 - 5 times the average usage???? Belinda is a very rude person and so is everybody. They have no feelings it's like working with a bunch of braindead robots. I will never ever use these assholes ever again - they just do what they want.
Logging a ticket with Takealot is a waste of time!! Heaven know whatta hell they do, but they do not ever solve an issue. When you log a ticket, it says will attend to it within 24-48 hours. After 3 days your ticket still sits there and nothing ever get resolved. Place an order on Thursday morning (which said "get it tomorrow"), so I put my wife's work address (will be delivered mos on Friday). Only AFTER concluding the transaction, it says "delivery on Saturday". Then I immediately phoned and logged a ticket to have the address changed to the home address, and to complain about the "next day" that suddenly is now 2 days. I don't know you just waste your time to log a ticket or to phone them about an issue, they just do their own thing and you must just wait forever. I am not impressed with them!
Extremely unsatisfied and treated unfairly. Bought a car on auction on Sunday, paid the balance in full on Monday, took and Uber to WBC Johannesburg South to collect the vehicle, only to be told the deal was cancelled. Took an Uber back home (Uber costs are just my problem), and then requested my R23,000 to be refunded. It is already Thursday, and only after following up on my refund request, I only get asked now for my ID document and proof of bank account so that they can process the refund. Do not buy a car on auction over the internet, because when you go there there following day, the deal get cancelled and it is your problem how you get back home, and then you have to fight a week to get your money back. These people don't have customer service. They don't care if you don't follow up, nothing will happen! If you buy a car on auction, and don't honor it, you will lose your deposit, but they can just cancel it on their side. How is this fair?
Not happy with Takealot and I will never buy from them again. Bought a bluetooth speaker for R379, only to see it is such a small thing when I received it. Took it out of the box and tried it. Not good performance and I'm not happy. Logged a return and courier came to fetch it. 2 days later, return is declined because: "SEAL BROKEN"???? Hallo?? How the hell am I supposed to get the speaker out of the box to find out it is a **** speaker?? Everything was returned in original condition in the original box (of which obviously the seal was broken, duh!). Now I have no speaker, no money, and not getting any feedback.
I had a vasectomy done on 12 October 2022 and was very anxious and nervous about it. When I got there, the sister explained everything to me in the finest understandable detail, and I did the procedure. Ofcourse it takes a few weeks to fully recover (I would say about 4 weeks to be comfortable again), but I had no complications whatsoever - except for a dissolving stitch that was pulling a bit after 3 weeks, but I went back and they removed it free of charge without any issues. I did my lancet test yesterday and received my results and report that I am now officially a sports-model on the very same day. I am very very satisfied with the service I received from RC and I will highly recommend them. They are down to earth people that make you feel very comfortable about everything, yet very professional and serious in their work, affordable, nice clean decent location and facilities and if I could choose again, I would definitely choose to go there again. Thank you so much guys (actually girls and doctor Muhammed) for an awesome experience - I appreciate you very much. Absolutely the ****tiest service imaginable!! Bought a battery and inverter on the Saturday, connected battery to inverter, red to red, black to black, duh, not rocket science! and then as I plugged in the AC wire (which wasn't even plugged into the wall yet), got a loud bang and sparks. Inverter moer toe even before having a chance to switch it on. Seriously??? Took the **** back on the Monday (the very next working day) and asked for a refund as I didn't have faith in the **** product. Then the story that they cannot do a refund there and then, the "finance lady" (which I later found out is also the owner) must do an eft. Really?? ***??? Anyway... waited and phoned every single day to follow up on refund. The finance lady was sick the whole damn week. On the next Satruday, still no refund. I had in the meanwhile bought an inverter charger from the China Mall with solar panel charging capability (that actually worked perfectly), and decided to go back to them and get a solar panel for the credit due to me. They did it without a problem. After going back home in freak'n Alberton (this already my 3 trip to Centurion) and connecting the panel onto my 12v system, only then I realised that it's a 24v panel and won't work. The guy who helped me knew me very well by know with the inverter and battery sale a week before and with the hassles of the inverter that never worked (knowing it's a 12v system), still sold me the 24v panel without asking me or bringing under my attention that it's 24v. Today I went back (4th trip, petrol costs probably R500 by now) to try and exchange the 24v panel for a 12v, they have absolutely NO MONO 12v panels, only poly which I don't want, so I asked again for a refund (knowing and accepting that this is going to take a week or more but whatta hell). I moaned and complained about the service there in the shop, and "the madam" called me into her office like I am a naughty schoolboy, accusing me of blowing the inverter by overloading it (which by the way supposedly has overload protection and reverse polarity protection and this protection and that protection, so it should theoretically be impossible to blow this very intelligent machine which is idiot-proof), and the inverter is being tested and they are awaiting a report and I can forget about getting a refund... the dragon boss lady has spoken and her say is final!! I walked out of her office because I am NOT her little naughtly school child - she has no respect for her clients!!! I then asked one of the sales ladies for assistance and just took a 12v deep cycle 120Ah gel battery in exchange for the panel, because I could see I will walk out and never get my money back. Don't need another battery, but I am sure as hell not going to lose. Their service stink!! The way they treat their customers stink!! And don't think you are going to get expert advice from them, they are ****** useless... oh yes, dragon lady also told me straight that you must do research and must know what you want when you get there, really??? I've been back and forth 4 times, waited a week for a refund that doesn't happen, got accused of blowing the inverter and spreading lies, and the products on their useless website is not even in stock. If you want really really **** service, come to this place. Thank goodness I could at least walk out with something, a battery that I don't really need. They owe me nothing and I owe them nothing, and they will never ever see me again.
