Dear Nedbank Support, I am experiencing an ongoing issue with my new Nedbank account. I am unable to make any beneficiary payments, or purchase electricity or airtime. I have contacted the call centre several times without resolution. I also visited the Umlazi Mega City branch, where I was informed that the issue had been resolved. However, the problem still persists — I am still unable to perform any of the above transactions. Please treat this as urgent and assist in resolving the issue immediately. Kindly confirm once the matter has been escalated and provide feedback on when I can expect full functionality on my account.
I made a mistake of doing a payment reversal because my lawyer was waiting on documents. We have received the documents and I still want to pay the client. Reversed amount is still not showing in my account so that I can pay the client. Is there a way to cancel the logged case because my client is waiting on the payment? Please treat this as urgent.
Smart Advance listing is still noted as open on my credit report, therefore I recommend that you immediately remove it ASAP.
My account is up to date and my credit report is showing Smart Advance account that it is in arrears!!! This is affecting me , please update ASAP.
Please remove this paid up account on credit report, I cannot apply for anything at the moment because of the faulty information.

Good day Please remove the duplicated Smart Advance amounts on my credit report. This is causing so much confusion. And also increase my repayment plan to R2 000.00 per month. Kind regards
I just wanted to follow up on my request to be removed on your collection department. Alpha Debt Management still has not removed the flag and their associate Hyphen PDA has tried to deduct my account again. I am agitated now, it looks like you want me to open a criminal case against you and Alpha Debt Management.
My name is still not removed from the debt review since from the 28th of June 2022 I have emailed you. False claims and misleading company that you are.
No response received and I am still under debt review. Please send Form 17.W urgently as wanted by Experian to cancel this error. Please send the form on my email address vjnyaka@gmail.com.
