UIF office is a joke. You phone in to find out if you're registered then apparently your voice and ID number don't match. What bull$#!t is that . I can't believe the ************** and utter unhelpfulness of the UIF department.. the fact that someone can drop a call and write a letter saying the person who's call is not to be helped because they are a third party. Totally disgusted. I I could give zero stars I would have. Haven't been this disrespected in a long time, just for asking a simple question like am I registered

Vodacom is an utterly disgrace, if they had zero stars I'd give it to them. I cancelled a contract with vodacom, after the cancelation they continued debiting money. I've raised the issue multiple times. So then eventually after someone called me back informed me the contract is closed and will no longer be debating, I was handed over to a collections company for a data contract that apparently is on my name( one I never took out). Since being handed over I've asked both vodacom and the collections company for the contract that they claim I've agreed to. Since November 2022 they could not produce a contract..I've asked multiple times telephonically for the agreement, to no avail. Vodacom if possible since your emails are always full or not working could you help me get hold of the contract as soon as possible. I'm sorry but can't pay for something that I never agreed to .
Don't bother with Miosa. This company is not impartial. I lodged a complaint with them in July 2022. I bought a vehicle from a dealership in nelspruit and 3 months in the Ford ranger broke with major engine damage. We contacted the dealership and told him that the vehicle broke. We wanted to take the vehicle in to a workshop close to us, but he insisted that we should take it to nelspruit. It was towed to the workshop. A week later the workshop phoned us to inform us that the warranty that the dealership sold us was only willing to pay R5500.00 and that the engine damage is close to R82000.00 we then phoned the dealership again and told him that we aren't willing to pay this amount for a vehicle that we only purchased just under 3 months ago. The dealership told us to pay for the repairs and then he will sell the vehicle and give us back what he can get for the vehicle. We bought it for 205k and negotiated with the workshop to get down to 60k from 82k for repairs. The dealership informed us that he can easily get R225k for the vehicle. Which I was not happy with it would mean we would have lost 40k +-. When we asked for our money back he started ignoring us and telling us that he has done everything to help us and that he is no longer involved in this matter and we should deal with the workshop from now on. Eventually being forced to pay for the repairs we paid the workshop to fix the vehicle as I started losing to much income to get to work especially when it rained and the dirt roads were not accessible by a car. We paid the workshop in December 2021 and got the vehicle back January..9 days later it didn't want to drive again. We informed the workshop that it wasn't driving and that it started leaking water. At the workshop they told us the leakage is not something they worked on.(Which is impossible if you removed the whole block) We found out the feul injectors that we paid for was never fitted and it was still the old ones. When I confronted the workshops manager the owner phoned me and started threating me. I then phone the owner of the dealership to sort this out because he recommended them and then we also discovered that this was the very same place that had the vehicle In and did all the checks and engine check.( conveniently never noticed anything wrong with the engine when they did the inspection) also never noticed that the vehicle had more than 250000 kilos on the clock but when we purchased it the vehicle had 156 000 kilos. The kilometers was also tampered with. The dealership then ran to his lawyer when we wanted our money back. I sent miosa all documentation. All the evidence even the emails where I asked for the repairs or a refund all within the guidelines that they stipulated. MIOSA IS NOT IMPARTIAL AND DONT CARE ABOUT THE CONSUMER ,THIS COMPANY IS IN BED WITH THE DEALERSHIPS. WITH ALL THE EVIDENCE THEY JUST WENT ON WHAT THE DEALERSHIP SAID THAT THE ISSUE IS RESOLVED. Some one from miosa phoned me on the 19th of Aug 2022 for me to confirm the vehicle is driving. She tried to trick me to send her an email stating everything is repaird.A few hours later I received a notification that the case is closed and the vehicle is driving. I phoned to ask why my case is closed. I was just informed that according to their guidelines? The fact that the vehicle is driving and the dealership claiming everything is resolved they closed it. I asked about the fact that I did everything according to their guidelines sending written notification that in want to cancel the agreement. Even the photos and proof that the kilometers was turned back by more than 100000 kilometers. They simply decided to ignore me and go with the dealership. We asked the dealership for months to give us our service book which we only got from the workshop. Till today they have ignored our emails, phone calls and whatsapps the dealership even blocked me. I am still trying to get my purchase agreement from the dealership that was never mailed to us. I feel if I could give Miosa 0 stars I would. The service I received from them is totally disgraceful. My complaint gets sent to the dealership but everything he said is confidential. Not impartial or fair at all. Total waste of time.
Let me tell you the truth, about mt enterprises. I bought a site from you mt enterprises in December 2021. After marketing and it not making money, I saw a package that was advertised on email when I enquired I was told it's on special. I purchased it. I was asked to open a paystack account by the person that helped me, this happened around 17 February2022. I sent him all login in details so that it can be added to the site so that people can make payments. I asked twice if it was linked and was told that paystack was linked to my website. I continued to do 2 marketing campaigns, again with no sales at all. When support eventually came back online they told me to check if I can do sales, when I tried to purchase something there was no payment gatewayway,then realized that the site and paystack was never linked. I informed support about it and had the developers link the payment gateway to my site on 22April 2022. I did some more marketing campaigns which also did not make any sales. I decided to ask for a refund as the site was not making money even with their super selling system from dropify that comes included in the package I purchased. Then the real nightmare started. I submitted the refund documents on 24 June 2022. After a week I started asking people if I can get any feedback, no one replied. Then I emailed support. They just said they don't work with refunds. I asked if they could please get feedback. I was told Reece Smith from refund department wants more proof so I sent it. Again no reply. A couple of days later I email again. Here Reece replies and wants the documentation and proof I sent 24 June. I sent everything again. This is in July already. Eventually I sent a Instagram message. So someone from support phones me and says he will help and contact Reece. I was ping ponged around for weeks and no one give me an answer or update. Eventually I had support give me a contact number for the manger at Mt enterprises as I got no answer about my refund from support, client care, or Reece. The manager in charge, eventually after many messages and phone calls, just sends an email that states that I don't qualify for a refund on the 21 July 2022. When I confronted support he told me that they found out I was lying about my paystack account not being linked. So I confronted him with emails and whatsapp screenshots, and asked him to explain to me how I'm lying. If it was linked already on the 17 Feb 2022 as mt enterprises tries to make out why did their developer link it on the 22 April 2022. When I insisted on answers as to the allegations he made saying that I'm lying,he apologized with long whatsapp messages and that he was not in full knowledge of the matter. From my experience i would stay away from Mt enterprises. The package i bought says money back guarantee yet they don't want refund me. Till now the manager does not want to answer the question about the paystack and why it took them almost a month from submitting my refund to request to tell me they refuse to make a refund. This package made no sales at all. My paystack account was not linked in Feb yet I was told it was, it was only linked in April. There was suppose to be mentoring. The package is advertised at a +-50k earnings potential, 7 months in and not a sent made on the site. MONEY BACK GUARANTEE.. also not paid back. They have a hundred excuses as to why I can't get my refund. The company contact number also doesn't work so no way to get hold of them. Don't waste time or money. When they don't provide the service and you want a refund they will find hundreds of excuses. So Just avoid this company.
Avoid, avoid , avoid this company. I got Lazarus in from Fourways wendy houses to come and build 3 conical structures in April 2022. It started very well, I opted building in phases, as I didn't want to pay too much at once. Soon after the first deposit wood arrived and they were building. Then he started pushing for more money, additional projects and deposits on the extras. Even taking a deposit on a small wendy close to my house, which he also never completed. It's unfortunate that my money and material was siphoned out to complete a project he was busy with in a neigbouring district. Soon cracks started showing. A week in he started asking for more money. When I informed him that I'm not prepared to pay more and that he should compete he made all kinds of plans and insulted me and eventually fetched the builders to finish a project he had in town(he also never completed that project) .He was there a cpl of days and then left for Fourways in Mei 2022. It is now July 2022 and he has still not completed the 3 tent houses. He has even had us wait till 9 o'clock at night for his delivery guy. Who then doesn't pitch up at site. He's always begging and asking for one more chance but never pitches or fulfills promises. Please be very aware as I see this is an ongoing trend with this company. Every few months the Facebook page is deleted and a new one created.
