Extremely Disappointing In-Store Experience – TotalSports Mall of the North Polokwane Today I visited TotalSports at Mall of the North, in Polokwane and while the floor assistant initially provided excellent service, my experience deteriorated significantly at the point of payment. After purchasing a pair of shoes and being informed that I had “won” a prize, I was asked to confirm the contact details linked to my rewards profile. To my absolute disbelief, the staff provided a cellphone number and email address that I have never used nor recognised. When I raised this concern and requested that my details be corrected, I was informed that the system could not be updated unless I presented a TGIF rewards card. I then requested to be issued with a rewards card, only to be told — shockingly — that the entire store had no TGIF cards available. This is wholly unacceptable. How does a national retail store operate without the very cards required for customers to earn rewards and update their profiles? Lastly since I was a winner how do we go about reviving my prize because we could not do anything about me not being able to update your system Because of these systemic failures and the staff’s inability to resolve a basic customer issue, I was ultimately unable to purchase the shoes I originally wanted and was forced to settle for an alternative. This left me frustrated, confused, and deeply dissatisfied. The experience exposed a seriously flawed rewards system, poor operational preparedness, and a lack of effective problem-solving at store level. What began as a pleasant shopping experience ended in complete disappointment. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service received and expect this matter to be addressed urgently.
I have recently had a passing in my family and when I took this policy they oviaaaasly knew that when I was covering my kids they are in school and at no point did they advise that when claiming I should come with a letter from the school confirming that my child goes to which school SO MAKE IT MAKE SENSE MY SON HAS PASSED AWAY SCHOOLS ARE CLOSED NOW THE POLICY MUST BE STUCK BECAUSE OF A CONFIRMATION LETTER EXPLAINING WHAT SCHOOL HE GOES TI HONESTLY REALLY SONI CANNOT HRLP MY CHILD REST BECAUSE OF A PAPER I MIGHT NOT BE ABLE TO GET BECAUSE SCHOOLS ATE CLOSES
I am a Suziki owner and went to,Suzuki edenvale to try get an service extension for my car,I then went online to check what time they close and to my luck it said 17:30pm to arrive at exactly 17:00 only to get horrible service, I’m actually disgusted in how I was treated she basically was nonchalant about it what I needed telling me she had already knocked off and basically disregarded me to tell me I would receive a call back and wanted to help people who were here to fetch their cars while I was sitting at her table her name is Doratha I think it’s sad that you could not just aid a few more minutes to help me your behaviour is appalling for the Suziki brand I’m disappointed
It’s been weeks of calling getting different answers with regard to my refund for insurance that I did not approve, I checked all my invoices and you owe me R2485 I WANT THE REFUND BACK IN MY BANK ACCOUNT NOT VODACOM ACCOUNT… you have inconvenienced me and it’s enough the I want my money refunded back in my account I Tired of calling you number in question is +27 76 422 8580 I will keep doing what ever it takes to get my money back I want it ASAP
I upgraded my contract to get a new device 2 weeks ago but the incompetent consultants keep getting my address wrong and RAM is failing to deliver the Reference is K321801 I call daily to get assistance and consultants are just as useless I have no resolution but instead I’m forced to keep my cool and be polite when I’m getting the disgusting service I would like someone senior to be in contact and advise what other steps I can take because no one others to call me back I have to do the chasing it’s becoming annoying really I’m disgusted and disappointed with Ram & Vodacom and please spear me the rubbish of fraud if your client has all the things your requesting for ready for you to deliver then I suggest you fix yourself secondly if RAM IS DELIVERING IS IT NOT LOGIC TO CALL AND CONFIRM MY ADDRESS UNLIKE SENDING ME A TEXT ONLY TO GET AN UNDELIVERED BECAUSE OF YOUR INCOMPETENCE THIS IS RUBBISH HONESTLY
