I would like to write a complaint about the service i have received from the Mazda at Clear water. I have been taking my car to service at the Mazda in Edenvale since i bought it but because i have moved to the north i decided to take my car to clear water . To begin with i was not even added to the list of people that needed to be dropped of by their driver after dropping the car. After dropping the car at about 07:30 i did not hear anything back from the dealership till i eventually got hold of Tlhogi after several attempts to reach her and being told she was with a client, during my call with her she mentioned in passing that the car would probably be ready at 16:45, that being said i assumed she would give me a call to say the car is now ready round about that time because i could not assume that on my ends, to my suprise she called me at17:15 asking if i was still coming to collect my car!!!like where is the sense in this , all that was required is a call to let me know he car was ready. That being said , it is the first time that my car has slept at a dealership after going on for a service. Despite the fact that the people are very welcoming when you walk into the reception , you will be frustrated by the level of incompetence and laid back attitude!
The phones at HyperionDev do not get answered. I have been trying for a couple of days now and the phone just rings which i feel is very pathetic honestly . 021 137 6446
I believe "disappointed" and "fed up" is an understatement for the way I feel about the service / treatment I have been getting from the Discovery invest team and my Discovery financial advisor. I requested a withdrawal to be made from my flexible investment savings on the 4th of January and its really been horrible experience. It really feels like I'm asking for a favour each time I have to follow up on this with my advisor (who does not seem bothered) and the payments call centre consultants and " supervisor' Bronwyn . I eventually called the call centre on Wednesday the 11th of January after so much back and forth , spoke to a call centre consultant who escalated the matter to the supervisor who in turn promised to make sure this issue would be resolved by Friday the 13th or latest Saturday morning ( Money paid into my account). Only on Friday ( 13th ) morning I received an sms stating that the payment had been processed and would be paid out in 2 -3 days. Which puzzles me a bit because the call centre agent I spoke to before speaking to the supervisor gave me guarantee that everything was sorted and payment would reflect later on the same day or Saturday morning. Its Saturday morning and I am still stranded and unfortunately I cannot get assistance from anyone right now, its yet another weekend of waiting on Discovery for my money. I am at a point where I want to cancel everything that has to do with Discovery , which I will proceed to do on Monday if the payment arrangement is not honoured , clearly we are dealing with people who do not care about us as clients but instead care about themselves only. Very sad. I honestly thought Discovery would be a well organised company that puts its clients first but that not the case . Please think very carefully before considering any engagements with Discovery invest , honestly feels like a scam.
I have so much good to say about Miway and the service that I received from Suvir Bodhie who was assigned as the assessor for my vehicle incident ( Stolen ) . Suvir was with me and showed so much compassion from the very first conversation I had with him right till the end of the process. Very professional in that whenever he said he would call or do something he did just that and also always willing to listen which gave me so much peace of of mind through a very difficult time in my life. Thank you so much Suvir and may God bless you , You brought the torch during the darkest moment in my life and i shall never forget that. Its because of people like you that we believe in Insurance . I am a believer in Miway and will always stay with this company. Give the man a bells!!
