Very good customer service. I have been with them for over 10 years now and they are always willing to adjust my premiums according to my needs and advising me what would be the best for me. And I absolutely love their incentives. Great work.
I have been with Day 1 Health now for a couple of years. I have also been through some very difficult times during that period concerning the health of my family. I must compliment the staff at Day 1 Health especially Johan that have guided me to make the correct choices and guiding me through the processes. I must honestly say that they have been my lifeline and have been very helpful going out of their way to help me and assist me with everything. I know this is a medical insurance but compared to some medical aids i honestly feel that you get more benefits for a much lower premium. I just want to say THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU
A match exploded and my eye got injured. This happened in January 2022. After numerous correspondence and calls I finally got an answer in July 2022. They told me that because I lit the match towards me this happened and also said that it was counterfeit. This is the most pathetic customer service that I have ever received . It is very easy to say that something is counterfeit if you dont want the responsibility of injury to somebody.
