Worse service from rain
I got my rain router from this month , my premium goes off on the 25th , it went off the 25th of July fine , we had WiFi in the house till n it was on 4g , n from Thursday last week I don’t wat happened but it moved to 5 g and since then I don’t hv internet , it has signal but no internet, I hv called the whole week since last week Thursday n I did not receive any help , I hv since be told that consultant/ technician will call me but nothing, my other sim does not work as well . I shopping around for another network as we speak .

Pathetic service on funeral cover
I don’t know we’re to start with the frustration, I logged a death claim on 30th Friday , till today I don’t know who is handling my claim , I hv not received feedback on wat is happening, i called in the morning 9am spoke to Gift and he escalated the matter , i called around 11 am and spoke to tsoko, “they are waiting feeback but the claim will be finalised today” , called now 14:30 spoke to lesedi, they are still waiting feedback? Death claim taking over 5 working days !!!!!! Pathetic

Edwanae the rude n racist
Worst first experience ever ,I called to get feedback on my car ,the repair consultant she(Edwanae) is very rude and racist,she does not want me to ask questions about the progress of my car ,they got authorisation since the 21 July even now they are waiting for the parts from Toyota, she (Edwanae)does not hv ETA for the parts n i should not ask but keep quiet or speak to my insurance cause she is making a plan for me !!!Wat plan ? Don’t ask!n she hangs up the phone on me !

Pathetic service
Wat a shock , I registered the claim on the 1/7/2022 ,I have not received a call or an update from the consultant helping me nothando , the assessment report was sent alredy no update, she were to listeria to the sales call on Thursday last week still waiting! This is the first insurance experience, the first car I have I am frustrated as hell. Yesterday was involved in another accident my car was towed but I don’t know wat to do next! I called This morning to speak to the manager left a message for the manager to call me still waiting! Can someone who is serious in doing the job call me please!
