I go to OK Minimarks often because they conveniently situated but I'm not sure what went wrong with OK Minimarket Paarden Eiland. I can't remember that shopping there was ever without hassles. If they have the product, the brand they stocking is totally bad and if they have the brand the price displayed on the shelve and that at the till point differ.
I can't imagine my trip in to work in the mornings nor going home in the afternoons without KFM. I'm not sure how others sit in this horrible traffic of us without the sound of KFM in and around you. Thanks guys and girls and please don't forget Tracey - you all rock.
It's not the first time that this is happening, almost every month I have issues with my banking app where I can't access my app for days. And when you try to contact the call center or chat to an agent via WhatsApp and today I am holding on for 3 hours already no assistance, most times you get an error stating that " we've run into a slight hiccup. Our service is currently down and we working hard to get it back online." I wonder if they going bankrupt.
I wanted to buy a 5L water since we ran out of water at the office. I could only find Henties Springwater - Still at the OK Minimarket. To my disappointment the water tasted just like tap water. I tried to drink the water from the tap and it was horrible and when I was drinking the Henties water I double checked to ensure that I did not by accident used the tap water I put in the fridge as I thought it might just taste better cold, but unfortunately it was Henties. I think they may have made a mistake and filled the bottles from the tap.

I had the worst experience ever with Webafrica I app**** for a fibre connection, paid the setup fee and received confirmation that my connection will be done. A few days later I received an email with a credit note for my installation stating that they will keep my credit on my balance. You can only communicate with them via whatsapp and the only one talking to you is Willie I eventually got through to someone and was told but I already have an existing connection at my address. After 2 days of communicating with them I was informed that the service provider has accepted my request. The installation was done on Monday, within 3 working days, I was super impressed, but then I found out that even after I received my congratulations notification that my internet is still not active. I tried making contact via whatsapp on Monday no response. On Tuesday I tried again and when I eventually got through to them, I was told that they had an high influx of queries. I got no assistance on Tuesday because the person that communicated to me informed me that they transferring me to the onboard department. I had no further response for the whole of Tuesday Wednesday the same thing until I got hold of Dale J. He ask me for screenshots which I did not have and I was promised he will make contact at 16:30. I eventually got someone to get me the requested screenshot and tried to get hold of Dale J as from 15:00, I eventually got through to someone after 6pm They will now charge me from Monday but I was only connected on Wednesday evening. I assume thats how they operate. Please avoid Webafrica if you want fibre connections
