I am writing this letter to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the way I have been treated following the serious incident that occurred during my recent stay at Kievits Kroon. As previously reported, during our visit, my wife and I were served dessert that contained broken glass bottle pieces. This was an alarming and distressing. I provided photographic evidence of the dessert before and after consumption and also submitted proof that my wife was admitted to Medicare Hospital in Rustenburg as a result of this incident. Despite my efforts to cooperate and resolve this issue amicably, I am now experiencing a complete lack of communication from their side. I have attempted to reach out multiple times via phone and email to Mr. Francois Stremmelaar, the General Manager. Unfortunately, every time I call, I am told he is "in a meeting the whole day," and my calls are never returned—even when I have tried calling his mobile directly. It is extremely disappointing and unprofessional that such a serious matter has been ignored. This lack of transparency and refusal to engage further adds to the trauma we experienced. I feel that I am being deliberately avoided by your team. Please be advised that due to your continued unresponsiveness and failure to resolve this matter in good faith, I am now left with no choice but to escalate the issue to my legal representatives. I will be pursuing further action and lodging a formal complaint with relevant consumer and legal authorities.
Truly Disappointing Experience Our stay at Kievite Kroon was nothing short of a nightmare. Despite being advertised as a luxury experience, the rooms were dirty and had an unpleasant smell, with the bathroom being even worse. The housekeeping staff seemed *********** and inattentive to basic cleanliness. However, the worst part of our experience was the food safety issue. We were served dessert that contained small broken glass particles, which resulted in my wife being hospitalized a day after we checked out. Instead of taking responsibility, the management has ignored my calls—including Laurence, the hotel manager, and Lucky, the restaurant manager. To make matters worse, the chef later changed the story, falsely claiming that we never ate the food. luckily i have evidence of pictures attached, even for my wife fighting for her life in a hospital, where i even had to pick her up from the car to the hospital because she couldnt walk. The only positive aspect of our stay was the breakfast, which had a good variety. However, that does not make up for the serious health and safety concerns we encountered. The lack of accountability and poor customer service make it clear that guest safety is not a priority at this establishment. I would strongly advise others to think twice before staying or dining here. Following up,: WOW i dont believe this, after almost two weeks now Laurence the manager and the other stuff they are ignoring my calls, when i tell them my name they always say Laurence is in the meeting, Lucky is not available, i guess will have to go the legal route for them to take me serious
This company always calls me with no facts from their client, they accusing me of owing them money that they cant even prove, even their client cant prove that, but because im not a lawyer, they feel a need of harassing me, they want me to pay the money without question anything. I explained to them several times that i dont owe them or their so called client, otherwise they must come to me with a proof, instead they call me and harassed me everyday without even putting any notes after talking to them
**** service ever, this company they dont know what they are doing I get irritated by RAIN and their lawyers, they claim that i owe them money, since i opened the RAIN account in 2020 i was never happy, i complained, because i was on 4G, RAIN decided to try 5G, they gave me 5G router to test while paying 4G rates, i was given 3 month to test, after 3 months i asked them to cancel both because im still not happy, i wanted to move to another service provider because RAIN failed me. i then requested a cancelation. Now i get irritating calls that i owe R3800, for what i dont know, they are failing to send me the statement and proof that i owe them, asked them to send me our recordings, they are failing, Their lawyers ( NuDebt) are irritating me everyday they are saying i must pay the money irrespective, they also cant prove that i owe their client. So until RAIN come back to me with a proof, i will never pay, i have a proof and Ref: no of SIM Cancelation on my email. When you cancel RAIN account, they become bitter and demand money. instead of improving on their mistakes, i understand the fact that its still a new baby learning how to walk, they need to admit that
I got the quickest response ever, fantastic service I got, they went extra miles on helping me. I am very impressed with the service.
