Premium service is so refreshing in these days of mediocrity. Shaun and Jonathan are experts in their field and go beyond in finding a solution to most mechanical problems. I would not go to any other service centre.

I have been trying to early-cancel my contract and convert to pre-paid for nearly 5 months now. Whenever I go to a store, the system is not working.<br> <br> Whenever I phone 0821958, the consultant passes me on to the call centre again.<br> <br> I would like to make a formal complaint about a call centre agent, called Mpho, who took my call today, was incredibly rude, put me on hold for more than an hour (obviously so that I could not rate him), and then cut me off. This service is why I want to cancel my contract.<br>
I ordered a few accessories for electronic devices. The Wantitall commitment is 7-15 day delivery, so after 6 days I enquired about the status. I received an email including a link to an [URL Removed] order, stating that the delay was related to my having to select a color. I reminded Enquiries that I had selected the color on its site, and if I wanted to order an Amazon product, I would have done so myself.<br> <br> I am more than a month down the line. I have received nothing, and apparently there is a problem with the delivery of the one product. Both Enquiries and Orders cannot give me a definitive answer of delivery time.<br> <br> This site is both a fraud, and misrepresents to its customers. DO NOT USE IT.
