Definitely worth a visit
In January this year , I took my family to 1904 in Kloof to celebrate my husband's birthday. We all ordered different dishes and we were very pleased with our meals. Good food and relaxed atmosphere. Good service.

Nedbank customer services very poor
I have been banking with Nedbank for the last 30 years and it is so sad to say that their services have really deteriorated in the last 5 years. If someone wants to open a new account, my advice to you is please go to another bank. It has been just one problem after another. My latest grievance is a new card which I ordered . The card was then sent to a bank which I never been to in the last 20 years. I then called the customer services number. Many customer call centre employees are just so inadequately trained.I have a record of their names. Jadeen even promised to call and never did. . A reference number was given to me, I asked about it, a Keisha never made any notes so Nompilo was of no help. Seriously Nedbank should employ more efficient staff. Nedbank has deducted charges for a bank card which is not in my position.

After sales service at Vodabux store appalling
We bought a Mellerware toaster and kettle online from the vodabux store. We paid cash. When the goods arrived, there was a defect on the kettle. We called vodacom and logged a complaint. Months later we still did not hear from them. Again we called the the 082135, we spent what seemed like an eternity on the phone, we were passed from one department to the next. Finally we spoke to a Marianne from the Vodabux Loyalty department. She took all our details and said she was going to speak to her supervisor and get back to us. She refused to give us a reference number. Two weeks later, still no response. We emailed the customer service department, they messaged us to call 082129 and select option 2. We did that. The automatic response is about porting our number. Really what does the purchase of appliances got to do with porting a number. Right now , we are at our wits end and we just want the appliances, still in its packaging and box , collected and our money refunded. I would never recommend anyone purchasing from the Loyalty vodabux stores. The after sales service at vodacom is appalling.
