Vumatel please cancel your contract with pluxnet orink me to another provider in the area my neighbors have a provider theu can call anytime and im stuck with none responders on weekends lot. Its so frustrating!!.
Pluxnet is the most frustrating network provider vumatel uses. They are not available on weekends after 1:00 pm for a network company when you have connections issues after 1 you have to wait for monday cause sunday is closed. Their watssup is as unhelpful. Im stuck with no connection 😔. @vumatel please replace them its not on
i had a settlement agreement on my credit card with one of standard bank lawyers. I paid according to the prescribed terms and completed on the stipulated time, which was the end of October 2025. I have been requesting a paid-up letter from the listing lawyers, MBD Incorporated, and Standard Bank for over a month now. the said 7 days had lapsed a long time ago. I have been calling MBD on the regular, no one is offering a solution, and Standard Bank also keeps telling me they will escalate. I am frustrated and held hostage by these delays.
i thought i would let this go but i cant, its a lot of money. i booked a flight from Johannesburg to Kosovo through Flighcentre online. i didn't know the service is worse if you use online platform, Flighcentre distances itself from the transaction. because we couldn't get a boarding pass we called online. they indicated they cant refund because we had checked in but not boarded because the airline refused boarding requiring a visa which is not yet listed as a requirement for South African Citizens. this is not communicated anywhere until you reach the airport. Flightcentre advised that on their side everything was in order i must call the airline. i called the airline which is Turkish Airline and they said we must just arrive at the airport for it to be issued. but when we got there it was a different story, we couldn't board, we tried canceling, Flighcentre online refused and also said we were not eligible for a refund. this incident happened in September, with this one was booked through the flight centre online. The same thing happened. Flight booking: 16215289. this one we lost R14 652.34. Flightcentre online said they can't refund us because we had checked in even though we couldn't get a boarding pass. We called them in the morning and were told by Turkish online that everything was in order, we must just get to the airport earlier to board. but when we got there they refused quoting a visa required which is not registered anywhere. i am deeply hurt and financially crippled, Turkish Airlines has de*****ed me not even charging a cancellation fee. their services are horrible, the online support does not assist at all. when i went to their Clearwater branch, they told me they couldn't help since I didn't buy through them. but they are the same establishment. the difference you cannot get online face-to-face or real assistance. the sad thing is, online does not state that you cant interfere with their physical offices they are separate from online. be careful of Flighcentre, they use technicalities when you need assistance.
so i thought i would let this slide but its too painful. we booked a flight from SA to Kosovo through my trip app: Order 1030-374-877. my son Couldn't board because they required a visa to Kososvo which is not yet be accessed. we tried to cancel prior because he couldn't board but they said is non-refundable. the challenge is there is no visa required for Kosovo for South Africans, we even asked DIRCO but Turkish Airlines will not assist. we lost R12,178.81 ZAR on that ticket. between Mytrip app and Turkish airline, we couldn't be assisted. No refund could be processed whilst they paid his team mate who had booked through the same and requested refund because he also couldn't board, they were literary standing next to each other and on the same flight. this is the second incidence, another happened in September, with this one was booked through flight centre online. After having insurance with almost a year with them, i have a claim and im told my claim could not be entartained, the problem i have is not covered. i am fine shem
