Think Twice if you play for fun like me you dont want to battle with every aspect
It is with great diapointment that I am writing this review , as just the other day I said how great this company is , but the fact it that I was completely wrong , the management are fine but the problems are as follows , At other online casinos like Sunbet , Tsogo Play etc to start of with , to get your self ficad is smooth sailing 15 Minutes doen with Supa Bets it was a strugle , then I have deposited numerouse times where I had to beh them to load my funds untill a manager came in and assisted so tonight as the other online casino platforms i play alot i acknolidge that every day and on the other platforms i win at least 3 times a week at least and then I am talking good money as I play big but in the entire time at Supa Bets i have cashed out once and that was not even a massive amount to amek things worse i battled to cash out and i cashed out in three difrent ways ewallet and that i admit the wrong mobile number was submitted so surely I cant plame them real then on the other patforms where I cashed out the funds was returned to my account because there was something wrong with the plat form so therefore because i waited so long for assistance before i at the end on a sunday had to ask the managers assistance but in the 3 hours i tried to cash out the money that I intialy cashed out R4000 was send back to my aacount so i spent it now yes no one forced me to i agree but if the money cashed out as quick and as easy as on other platforms i would not have spend it again thus being the reason i always cash out then leave little to play with and so i carry on so I feel they make it difficult so that you would play the money back as the supa bet plat form as i said pays far less than the other platforms and exactly the same games to the manufatorers it is exactly the same games where i have in my first month at sunbet cashed out over 100k at supa bets nothing that must say a hell of alot and then tonight i ask a person on the on line chat to advice me where is the bonuses i get told "with respect this is supabet not sunbet" now i really thought that this play form is the best platform on the planet i really did but what a let down really just from start to finish I am sure they are glad that i told them to close my account but as every one io know we are a bunish of people that all play online i told every one ho wgreat supa best is now i am going to look like an ass but any way think twice thats all i can say

when su[abets ceo goes home the place falls apart
This morning i wrote such a nice review about supa bets because the CEO assist and the problem was resolved in 30 minutes after the CEO goes home all things change at supa bets the service becomes terrible load money and then you have to call the 3 4 5 times and still nothing gets done

Let me tell you one thing Photious and his team which is a big orginization can go and teach Guys like Andres Richards from Tsogo Sun , Simon Gregory from Sun International what it is to be a CEO and actually care for your clients , I called he spoke to me directly and got the problem resolved without delay what a great person no wonder his friens with Mazoti these are the typre of people that should run comapnys in South Africa not South African Boertjies that has no idea of customer service , Thanks Photios for your great service I truly hope you guys manage to take these other companys clients

Supabets cant lod my 450 rand
I made a deposit of R450.00 today hours ago and I send them the proof of payment they just cant figure it out and keep on promising me every 10 minutes it will be sorted out terrible do these guys have finacial problems

do not support Sun International
Anthony leeming and the GM of Sunbet are probably two of the biggest cons on the planet I use to play on sunbet adn then I had a fall out with them so the idiots canseld my account as if i care so my son kept on playing with them although i told him dont i dont trust these guys now tonight he made paymennts to them to play two of R 1350 seconds appart they loeade one and now there exuse is the other one is not reflecting seconds apart same bank same everthing and its not reflecting does Anthony leeming thinks every ones an ass hole maybe because his one

Some people just wont do that 5% extra
I dont Think this company has service in normal hours not to mention at night I asked for a bigger host package and and as other host companys upgrade you inidiatly this compant is so greedy that they said i must first pay 87.15 which i then did I also asked them as most host companys have backups of your website to run and install my previous backup but it does not seem that they will go that extra 5% for a client as its now the next morning still not done at night i get the most trafic on my website and its for the better of all of South Africa but no its not done , why host africa just that little extra effort is that to much to ask

My word i am tired of loosing money and Afrihost thiks i am stupid
I am really so tired of have to write reviews to get peoples attention really this is rediculouis so again my website is down and again i opend a ticket now the person by the name of Zolani M wants to tell me my website is not working because i put in the wrong email adress password , what in this world does the website have to do with the website and yes the emails are also not working but when you set up your emails you pit in a password and then outlook will aprove it and set it up if its correct you dont put a pessword in every time come on guys i am not an pc tech but surely i dont sound so stupid i have lost 5 jobs worth alot due to this and i quote "The following users are entering incorrect passwords multiple times, to resolve the issue you will need to update the email account passwords" direct from the comments

Sun international quick to take slow to pay dont support them
SO i have been trying for 3 days to get sunbet to pay money to me that they owe i have a confirmation that its been paid back to them and still i must beg for my money and i must spend thousands of rands to get intouch with the CEO Lemmining he is rude and plain rich ^$^&% then i send messahe to chairma Sam Sithole yet again no reply probably because im white

Dont even try Host Africa Trust me on that
I am so sick and tired writing and when i think every thing is beter and they ask me to delete it i do but these guys i dont trust them i can acces my website i cant go into word press on my website i changed nothing and then the support wants to tyel lme they can access my website its probably because its on there servers i have now cleared my brower and i have tried Crome , Windows , Mozilla , my 2 cell phones not one conects to my website then they want to say the problem is on my side , where can a person find a good hosting company everytime i move it costs money when my websites are down it scosts money i have had it i cant even login to host africa any more i have had it i am at my wids end

Subet online casino just dont care about clients
So yesterday i cashed out with these guys Sunbet a company of Suninternationsal , when to the bank the voucher was canseld went all the way back home again called every one Nedbank blames them thet blame Nedbank then i contacted the general maanager what an a hole his words i dont have my laptop with me to email my team to sort it out a person would think he cann call them they just dont give a **** about client service this morning made two imidta edeposits again nothing so now these guys are sitting with R 6000 and they could not give a **** email support they uselless as well
