something fishy about this people we ordered items that were never delivered and they are nowhere to be found , what kind of online **** is this??? i need my refund back
I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the unacceptable service I have been receiving from Eskom over the past two weeks. For more than two weeks, my household has been without power, and despite numerous follow-ups with your call center, no concrete solution has been provided. I am in the dark—literally and figuratively—and have been subjected to repeated empty promises that a technician will arrive, which, as I have now learned, simply does not happen. During this period of prolonged power outage, the food in my fridge has spoiled, and I am left with a ruined supply of groceries, including meat that I can no longer eat. I’ve been forced to throw away spoiled food, and at no point has Eskom even addressed the financial impact this has had on me. Will Eskom compensate me for the rotten food in my fridge, which was left to spoil due to your failure to restore power? Or is it Eskom’s policy to cause this kind of harm without any accountability? To make matters worse, your call center staff continues to make promises with no follow-through. Each time I call, I am told a technician will come, only for nothing to happen. The lack of urgency and professionalism is appalling, and it is clear to me that the call center staff are not properly trained to assist people in need. They are rude, unhelpful, and seem to have no knowledge of how to manage cases like mine. I have spent my own airtime calling over and over again, only to be left with nothing but frustration. Additionally, I have been informed that the managers at your Thohoyandou branch are unable to get my case approved at Polokwane, which makes no sense. Are your employees really so disconnected from the needs of the customers that they cannot escalate a simple issue of restoring power? It feels as though those in positions of power are enjoying the comforts of electricity in their own homes while leaving people like me to suffer in the dark. Meanwhile, my neighbors' fridges remain full, while I have nothing to show for my own groceries. This situation is completely unacceptable, and I demand immediate action. I expect an expedited resolution of this case, compensation for my lost food, and a full investigation into the lack of competence and customer care displayed by your team. I look forward to hearing from you with an immediate solution

Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this—most recently when I called your office and spoke to one of your staff—I have been given nothing but false assurances. When I was first told the refund would take 48 hours, I trusted your company. Now, two weeks later, I’m still waiting, and no money has been refunded to my account. This delay is not only unacceptable but also reflects very poorly on your business. Frankly, the way this has been handled feels like a **** why can’t we pay online ? But I just deposit money using bank details provided on the wen It’s completely unprofessional to treat customers this way. I trusted you, and now I feel misled. This entire experience has been frustrating, and if this situation is not resolved immediately, I will have no choice but to take further action to ensure this doesn’t happen to others. I expect a full refund within the next 48 hours, and I expect a direct response confirming when the payment will be processed.
What’s going on with these guys ? Our order is taking a month now without being delivered, they are no where to be found. Those contact online doesn’t go through. The link provided to track the parcel it says error Erh, never will I order anything from snatcher . They ****med me n my husband.
Telkom just ****med me..for the first time after so long in contract with them, 80GB exhausted in 18days ? I mean18days ? The data usage routine still the same since but the consumption somehow changed. I need to look into other options cause i can't stand this nonsense.
I applied for a phone three weeks ago and only received a call from consultant asking for Siphesihle and im not siphesihle tried communicating with her but with no luck she just hanged up the phone instead of asking me who i am and where is she calling me from? where are the manners? called again and an Indian Lady picked up and didn't want me to explain myself first and i continue to explain myself she just got angry and hang up . Im just wondering what kind of customer service is that where a company hire consultants without training them on how to treat clients especial New clients like myself, it tells me that the service is really bad here. Now im waiting to hear when is the phone going to be delivered to me. N.B the consultant are very rude management must do something about it before you can lose more clients.
I'm so disappointed in this company I received a very poor service from them, I did a cancelation around April with one of their consultant and the following week I gave them a call just to follow up on the cancelation of which to my surprise the consultant I got that time told me that cancelation was not done, she further said she will do it on my behalf and confirmed with me the pick up address since the router needed to be returned and after that she confirmed that everything it's okay il just await for the courier guy. May 25th another deduction went off my account when I tried calling asking what's going on another consultant said the same story that cancelation is not yet done and was very angry how on earth after speaking with 3 different consultant and they confirmed everything it's done. I then realized that it's their way of scamming people money, it's been three months now and rain is continuing deducting my money without my consent. I want my refund urgently don't want anything to do with this company anymore I don't recommend anyone to use their poor service 😡😡😡I wasted my airtime calling them and stay on the line for 5o minutes without getting help, I spoke to Dikeledi one of their consultant today and still being told that no cancelation was done and will get my refund mxm, called again spoke to Frans who said he did the cancelation Today after 3months of me talking to them imagine. I just want want refund no stories
