Always have the worst experiences with this delivery company and there is no accountability from a management or supervisor lever especially on the Durban warehouse. I called in and gave them instructions that I will be attending a prayer , and could they please advise what time the driver will deliver . They said to me that the driver will call me an hour before he comes through with my very urgent parcel. Driver called me when he was at my gate and while I was in prayer . He did not give me a heads up call nor could he return with my parcel. . I called in and complained . It fell on deaf ears . It was Friday they promised to deliver on Monday morning . Today is Monday morning and they are telling me they will deliver on Tuesday for the reason that they don’t have my correct address which is a lie because the driver was at my gate on Friday ….in my opinion the drivers are over worked with more deliveries than they can handle and there’s always a mess up and we as the consumer has to suffer with the incompetence and inconvenience
Very poor service. Basically chased long time customers out the door . Lazy staff /assessors . Unable to assist . Even on management level .
Netstar recoveries guys Bryan and friends trespassed into my property and refused to leave , physically and verbally assaulting my staff members . Incorrect and misleading information was provided to them by a client and with no case open , they proceeded to abuse their powers with the help of metro police friends ismail Cassim . Netstar recoveries management alistar unavailable to resolve matter . The entire company is covering up for this guy as he committed ******** acts upon our business and just left without an apology
Stay away from Renault pinetown dealership and do not ever buy a Renault kwid AMT .rather buy any other vehicle . The cars have gearbox and clutch issues that Renault cannot diagnose correctly or fix themselves..at 15k service which is the very first service,we had gearbox issues..they are short staffed at their workshop and service department and definitely not skilled for these type of cars . The staff at service department ate very rude .aliyah /Armstrong and the workshop manager ...misleading and caused a problem for us where we lost our service plan and now warranty with their lies and deceit. No customer service or after sales care whatsoever. They want to promise you the world when you approved for the vehicles then drop when there's an issue...The dealership principal Biased towards staff and tries to cover up their mistakes . No accountability. I tried booking my vehicle for the 2nd service on a Wednesday morning as it was due and I had plans on traveling the coming Saturday to go study for a few weeks and they had no workshop staff . The guy at service Armstrong couldn't give me a Wednesday or Thursday booking Friday too busy ...they don't work Saturday...I explained to him that I have to travel for study purposes and by the time I return for service my mileage would be past the 2nd service mileage by a few thousand and I don't want to lose my service plan ...he reassured me due to short staff and unable to accommodate me the entire week ...that I can bring the car over the mileage for 2nd service and they will service . I listened to him and when I did bring the car they dropped me and said I'm out of service . Just like that I lost my service plan and warranty ..gearbox issues are back after I just repaired it on the 1st service which I think was not properly fixed now the clutch actuator is gone not even 50k mileage and they refuse to repair . Poor workmanship..no guarantee on labor or repairs because if this issues was really fixed the first time around we wouldn't be here ...Dealership principal does not have a care in the world. Service staff doesn't even follow process to out a claim through warranty and allow them to decide or decline..service staff member aliyah just rudely tells you that you cannot claim and that you lost your service plan and warranty without any official notice or rejection letter from Renault SA..so the service and warranty plan we paid for from our loan agreement is forfeited and we lose our thousands we paid for a mistakes they made . When I did take the car back for the second service they wanted me to pay a ridiculous "discounted" service amount..i refused and took my vehicle to another approved service workshop as it is my right . I am exploring legan action
I had the worst experience at the istore in pavillion 2 days ago . I walked in to buy a charger for my iPhone 10 xs max …I couldn’t get any service at first till I had to chase down a service consultant isiamaan rajkoon ..She was helpful in the beginning up until she was not and became very rude. She showed me the charges and then went straight to pay for it I swiped my card ..R500 for the cable …I asked her to test it she said okay . She did not give me a recipt yet for my purchase . As we test the charger it initially charges my phone then drops charge ..we try again it does the same thing ..she then says I have a problem with my phone without testing it , I disagreed and we go back n forth and she refuses to refund my full amount as i cannot purchase a cable that does not hold charge …the basically rob me for a 10% of the 500 because they had to open the box of the charger that does not work on my device to test if it works . I ask to speak to the manager he says to me rudely it states on your receipt that there’s a return charge fee etc and then I told him , how should I know if I was not presented with a reciept in the first place . They scatter around the store to see where they misplaced my reciept and do not find it . I ask to speak to the store manager Leon ramiah who was very short and ignorant to the fact of what happen . Clearly disregards me as a customer and is biased to his employees version of the story that she handed me a receipt . I asked for my full refund he refused and said I should take it up with istore South Africa …which I’m definitely doing . I need istore to refund my money asap and also I will never be purchasing any apple items including an iPhone from that store till my last day …my entire family uses that istore for repairs and purchases but after I had explained my unfortunate experience , they have also pledged to stay away till the matter is resolved
