Paid Up letter, Credit Bureau update.
Good day I paid my debt finished at the end of July. I was promised i would get a paid up letter as soon as i make the last payment. I have sent numerous emails to ask for the the paid up letter. This company put a red flag on my name and i made arrangements with them. On my credit bureau it still shows I am owing R1800 which is not the case. Please help me in this regard. I don't know what to do anymore. Trisha Briekwa

Homechoice
I was a customer of homechoice for a few years. But is has been terrible. I have been struggling for more than a year to get a paid up letter. It has been months , hence it still shows on my Credit Bureau I owe them R575. I have phoned them several times. I have send e-mails to ask to please to remove this form my name but to no avail. I have send them proof that I have payed the account but to no avail.

Request for a Paid Up Letter
I had a homechoice account. My account was handed over to this company. I paid the full amount and i was promised i would get the the paid up letter within 7 days. . It has been months and i am stilling waiting for the paid up letter. Everytime i phone them it is the same story over and over again. I am fed up with this company.
