They couldn't deal with their online agents, I made a booking online via booking
They couldn't deal with their online agents, I made a booking online via booking.com but couldn't travel on the date of the booking, I tried calling their landline number but it wasn't working,I drove to their hotel to resolve this but they actually made me pay for another booking,very bad experience

I have a serious problem with African Bank they have listed my name as a fraudulent applicant whom they accuse of trying to defraud them thus by listing my name to all credit companies. I have sent them my signatures priving to them that the application was done by another person and they didn't even pay the money to the applicant in question. I need them to review this but they are giving me a run around...I havexsent affidavits but nothing helps

Debit Scandal
I have a serious issues with Clientele they debit money from my account without my authorization,when I tell them that this is not right they are telling me that the policy is now canceled but my money I can't get....The have blocked the deb8ts from being reversed and last month they did a double befit...I need help
