Terrible service and lines are not working Horrible service!! We have been without internet from yesterday, When contacting their call centre they don’t pick up.. the lines goes dead. Payment was made..they still suspended the connection...
I'm a new client to metro fibre and i'm not happy with the service i'm already getting, installation was done on Saturday morning, still no connection, no communication.. its frustrating.
30/05/2024, I was involved on a car accident with one of the Liquor Runner truck, The accident report was taken and the driver acknowledge that he was at faulty and upon investigation with the company, they also acknowledge that their driver was at faulty, firstly on that road, trucks are restricted, they requested quote and case number, and promised to fix my car. the last communication was with Londiwe and sanele ,till now nothing has happened, no communication from them and they are ignoring my emails People should be aware of Liquor runners as they are *****ster and ****mer. Their client should be aware of the company they are dealing with..
never opt to use Capitec business bank, as its unrealibe, they dont prioritizes their customer, I couldn't do any transaction on the app, so I decided to withdraw the money, using the business card to pay for rent and pay employees, but I didn't get the money as the ATM stopped operating, its give me out of service error on the screen, immediately I received bank notification that the money is out, I waited still for correction, still no correction, then I consulted with the branch people, they called the head office, and gave me case number and they advised that I must wait for 7 working days as its business account , I mean how do you wait for 7 working days to get your money as you are running the company, i'm losing money as I must stop operating in this 7days, this is very unprofessional and *********,I will never encourage anyone to open capitec business account..
WINDMILL PARK ESTATE _ No water on the upstairs units every weekend, we are unable to do laundry,bath,use bathroom or make food, when I report the matter to natrent, they advise that the issue is with the council, meaning tenant must make plans to get water while paying full rent..it's very frustrating Please don't accept to rent out upstairs units as you will have to spend more money to buy water ..
