The worst service, was on the line for over an hour and they dropped the phone on me. Sent WhatsApp and no assistance. They are very ****ty!
The parks is such a ****ty place, their office staff is extremely rude and run this place like a school residence. If you are a few days late on rent, even though you have explained to them reasons for the delay, they don’t give a f*ck! They revoke your gate access so you can’t go in and out if the estate and move outstanding rental to your unimet system so you are unable to buy water or electricity !😳 IS THIS EVEN LEGAL? Getting locked out of your apartment and not able to purchase necessities? 😳
If I could rate Game stores a Zero, I would! They have the worst online service. It’s been 5 weeks and I still haven’t received my refund, they always sending from pillar to post when I enquire about my refund. Don’t waste your money on these people, take your business somewhere else where you will get peace of mind!
Worst customer service ever, consultants never know what to do! It’s extremely frustrating, u get sent from pillar to post every time u need a matter sorted! I really can’t wait to leave this place and their ****ty system!!!
Their unimet system is day light robbery, we are charged ridiculous amounts of monies and the service is so poor! Their consultants never have any solution, it’s extremely frustrating. If you don’t like to stress, please stay away from this ****ty place!
Game online is so pathetic and useless, I bought items and others were cancelled without my knowledge only to be told when I get to the store to collect my order at the Mall of Africa Store. Not to mention that another product was sent for collection in the Rosebank store! Pure madness, I told them to cancel that order and process my refund! Two weeks later no refund has been processed, they don’t respond to my emails. It’s hell, the customer service is the worst. For such a huge company Game stores are very incompetent and their service is very unprofessional. There’s always excuses, and more excuses!
The worst service from a company that is meant to give you peace of my, I definitely do think this company is a scam and will never deliver on their promise. My account has been deactivated and they said it’s because they were never able to collect premiums, I sent them my statement as proof to show that they actually have successfully debited ever since I signed up. Consultants are sending me from pillar to post, o have been told so many time that they will call me back but they fail to do so. I am extremely u happy with their service and I think they must be investigated! Clearly they are defrauding people out of their hard earned money and will never deliver on their emergency service. Do not fall for this horrible scam, till today my account is frozen and I’m not getting any answers! I want my money back from these fraudsters!
