I have been with Medipet for many years and they are absolutely extraordinary. My boerboel Kida was diagnosed with sinonasal melanoma and the course of treatment we decided to embark on is not cheap. Medipet have been wonderful and have helped us every step of the way. I have never come across an insurance who care as much as they do, who will go out of their way to help you. If you need to get your fur-baby pet insurance, you cannot go wrong with Medipet!
I booked online and paid in full for the booking. It was R840.05. I received a reservation document that showed no balance outstanding. There was no issue on pick up and drop off of the vehicle, at no point was I told there was an outstanding amount on the rental. When I got home and had a look at the rental agreement they had emailed through, they had added R155.25 to the amount saying that was outstanding. When I queried this they told me, the rental was actually R995.30. I emailed and said that didn't make sense and shared the reservation document I was sent upon booking, showing it was paid in full. Now my emails are just ignored. It's absolute nonsense that they have changed the rental price. Be very careful with this company, they just make it up as they go.
I have used egifts24 a couple of times and it's always been a quick and easy process. They really have fantastic customer service. I accidentally paid using the wrong beneficiary reference but after contacting customer service, they very quickly were able to sort out the problem for me.
We bought an Ellies 500Wh Cube Nova Power Station over a year ago from GeeWiz. Unfortunately it stopped working. We initially went through Ellies, as the warranty was with them. They told us we had to give it into an Ellies store to repair it. We did this but after an extremely long time they eventually told us it couldn't be fixed and that we must contact GeeWiz for a refund. We were feeling pretty hopeless at this point as we felt we had been given a bit of a run around from Ellies, however, as soon as we contacted GeeWiz, they were quick to respond, arrange collection of the power station and actioned a refund, all within a few days.
