Empty delivery promises

Ordered couches on the 29 Nov 2025 and was promised delivery on the 3rd Dec so I cleared my day and made arrangements to receive it but nothing came. I called in and was reassured that the couch will be delivered on the 5th and again nothing came. The tracking has not be updated since the purchase and there is no communication whatsoever except empty promises of delivery via sms. I am very frustrated and worried about the condition of the couch. I feel like I have been ****med.

Horrible beds!

Horrible bed! Do not buy the beds from sleepmasters! I'm still paying off this s**** of a bed! Bought a Brooklyn set in February 2025, 2 months later the base had to be changed due to creaking. They changed the base which is also creaking, but they refused to change the mattress even though it was sinking , they said it was normal body indentation. The bed is horrible, painful and dips in the middle. It's not body indentation. I do not recommend!

Pathetic product!!

I have been using defective Pampers now for almost 4 months including the new Aloe range and I am very very disappointed and frustrated with the quality. VERY VERY BAD!!! It loosens up at the thighs within an hour , leaving a massive gap for pee and poo to ooze right out onto everything giving me tons of washing to do daily and lots of clean up to do. Every single one so far! I am so livid because I have 120 + 76 x2 packs to go still. What a waste!

Pathetic product!

Pampers , what terrible waste of my money

We started with premium care and it was leaking from newborn diapers! We changed sizes and even blamed the way we positioned his jewels in the diaper...now we are using the "new and improved " aloe pampers and boy is it a waste of money. The sides around the leg are loose as in in no elastic, causing a mess each time he pees or ****s. Really disappointed 😞 Even cheaper brands make better diapers than this. I am so livid! Wasted so much of my money for 4 months now.

Horrible uncomfortable and pathetic bed.

Bought a firm double bed set called Brooklyn end beginning of 2025, the bed is as hard as a rock and was creaking terribly, they managed to exchange only the base 2 months later. Now almost 4 months after the base was replace we are creaking again. The mattress is so uncomfortable and hard yet constantly has body dentations which is even more uncomfortable and cause body aches every songle morning. This bed hurts!! Worst part I'm still paying for this pathetic ho4rible bed. Already looking to replace the bed with a better quality bed from somewhere else. Can't wait to get good sleep. Will not recommend or buy from sleepmasters again!

Worst bed ever and waste of money

Bought a form double bed set -Brooklyn , end of January which was creaking and as hard as a rock. My body aches every morning. The base was replaced after 2 months and the new base is now starting to creak as well. Worst bed ever! I am now shopping again for a bed to replace this creaking rock. What a waste of money!

It's a ! Don't answer from Blue Label Connect! !!

They call Pensioner and claim to be from Jet, they "reward" the Pensioner with a phone for his loyalty. Only to find out that was a **** sales transaction. From 28th March 2025 we trying to get his account cleared of this charge since we never accept nor receive the phone but we still get daily messages about payment for a phone we don't have and never asked for. Blue label connect is ****ming a Pensioner!!!
