******* whatsapp line and contact center.
Purchased a clothing item on the website, turns out they ran out of stock I was told they would credit my account till nothing to date. Their whatsapp line is also very useless. Queries don't get solved. Their consultants take too long to reply back to messages and are too quick to close the conversation thus needing to start over without assistance. It's been almost a week since request assistance on their whatsapp line with no feedback from the last conversation and no assistance to the new conversation. Total *******. Ohh the contact line is worse. Waiting too long on the line to only be bounced around with no assistance.

Kaak couriers
I have been calling for over a week now for a parcel they should have delivered a week ago. They don't have a mere tracking site to track the live location of the parcel. Not mention their ridiculous waiting time on the phone to talk to a consultant or not getting ahold of a consultant. Save your coins get another company

Rubbish insurer
I took out a comprehensive Miway insurance with Ubersure insurance to only be told that is was not a comprehensive cover which meant my car could not be fixed by Miway when I claimed. Both ubersure and Miway are rubbish.
