Frogfoot service is down every month-end!!!! Off for 2-3 days!!!
I have send my vehicle back to CMH Mazda Randburg 10 of August 2023 with an issue saying loss of power & display saying enige service now. Received it back on 17 August 2023 Mazda saying they didn't find any thing wrong. Today the same issue 23 August 2023!!!! I wonder what the next excuse will be.
I have bought a vehicle from CMH MAZDA RANDBURG in April and have had several issues since then. Vehicle has been going back and forth since then and still not sorted out. (In the time I bought the vehicle it has been with them for 2 months, meaning I have only had the vehicle for 2 months since) Manager just saying it is a second hand vehicle. Again not even 2 months or 1500km later the vehicle keeps losing power and shows enige service now on display (problem not resolved if it keeps coming up) I need this resolved.
Worst services ever and now stealing my money!!! Mondo sales phoned me for MTN contract. They promised me LTE contract with inverter. LTE router came with NO inverter. On the same day 6July 2022 I received equipment I returned everything to MTN as Mondo agents required. They say NO PAYMENT if you cancel within 10days of receiving equipment. I provided agents with the IRMS ref from MTN as they requested and still MONDO deducts money from my account and I still receive messages that they are going to debit me monthly. When you phone MONDO MTN 0861238888 they always have excuses and it doesn't get sorted, they see on the system that I phoned and that the IRMS ref is showing but still they deducted money from my account. WHAT CAN BE DONE ABOUT THIS!!! I will advise against their services.
