This is becoming frustrating, i wont take any policy with you in the future ever again. I cancelled my house insurance as i was selling the house. After cancelling am receiving 10 to 20 calls per week, even if i try to block them. Like if i wanted something else i would call back but no, every other week am being called. Please delete my profile on your system i am beyond frustrated.
I need someone to contact me regarding smart advance loan. They sent me an sms with a number but nobody answers,I left voice messages I don't know how many times but nobody called me. Yet every month my debt is in arrears that I don't know how to pay.
Good day My loan was approved on the 26, even today i did not receive the funds. was supposed to pay a hospital by Friday the 30th. I called several times and they just say we have a backlog , no communication or whatsoever. what is the use of approving loans and not being able to pay on time. More disappointed as you do not know how to treat your customers.
I have complained , sent emails and till today got no response. I paid the remaining balance and the website still shows that i owe Wonga, i sent my statement as requested , got no feedback, i asked for my money back so that they can debit end of the month still got no response , what is this really? is this some kind of a scam????
I have paid the loan in full, the website is still showing that i still owe for another month. i sent multiple emails with no response. Wonga then sends me an email with my statement what about the amount i paid to settle the account?
