Braaiplank Short Story
The first order came within 3 to 5 business days. That was awesome and impressive 5 **** for that! I was so impressed that I went back and ordered another gift. The second order was very important and a special gift for my son for Christmas. To date (17 January 2025) the order was not delivered yet. I am following up regularly. I ordered the gift on 15th of December 2024, before they closed for the holidays. PRE- SALE: BraaiPlank™ Hammer Forged Butcher Knife (Expect delivery from 20th Dec 2024), When I queried, I received this email in return: Kindly note that we were closed from the 20th of Dec till the 2nd of January and also as indicated on our website when placing the order, it states that any orders placed after the 17th of Dec, that includes an engraving will only be completed and dispatched form the 13th of January 2025. I usually commend and support small businesses, I would even go as far as share details to boost their sales and assist them with business. I am sitting with a very disappointed son. If you know you are going to run specials over December, then order enough and keep skeleton staff to run your business over December when you are not available. This is now the second company that disappointed me over December with my children's gifts. Never again will I purchase gifts over December from small businesses.

Symington de Kok: Strange how attorneys calls themselves highly professional but they can't produce Fidelity Fund Certificates, they can't produce Locus Standi in terms of Uniform Rules of Court, they gladly rip apart farms from their legit owners, they work with banks, they act all hunky dory, arrogant, intimidating and contravene the POPI and PAIA Act. Who is protecting you the BANKS?

1. RL Daly Attorneys ? Do you have a Fidelity Fund Certificate? If not, you are required to have one. You are required to have your Trust Account Audited monthly. If you don't have a Fidelity Fund Certificate? Then are you mismanaging funds in your trust account. 2. You do not have a PAIA Manual? How do you obtain personal information from clients. You do not have consent from clients. You are not registered with the Information Regulator, did not file your annual reporting, do you have a personal liability company. Does FICA know about your practice and contraventions. Just asking?Under the ************ Act and Terrorism Act you are harassing clients. Do you have Locus Standi i.r.o Uniform Rules of Court? Lets go.

Mercantile Bank: Service Disgusting
I am very unhappy with this bank. I opened a business account in December last year. I waited 6 months for my card to be delivered. After it has been eventually been delivered, I was told that my account is deactivated. When I complained about it, I was told that I need to resubmit FICA documents. When I submitted the FICA documents I was told that my account is now closed. Then I requested that the account be reactivated I was told the lady has already spoken to me? Seriously!!!!!!!!!!!! So what now. Mercantile please employ competent people in your bank. They do not care about customer service. They do not care whether your institution is being reported to Banking Ombudsman either. I have dealt with DUDU, and three other employees.

Vodacom deleted number chasing contract fees for number non existent seriously??
Phoning me for Vodacom account of a deleted number over 6 years ago constitutes prescribed debt!!!!! Vodacom deleted my number after my contract was paid up. Where you buy your debt from and from who is my confusion. If a number is deleted it cannot be charged for. Stop with harassing me for nonsense

Contract fees for deleted number??
I have not had a contract with Vodacom for over 6 years. I paid up my contract and received NIL statement before I moved to MTN. In fact they deleted my number from their system and when I wanted to continue using my same number I was told its deleted and I need to get a new number. Now after all this time I am being phoned by MBD attorneys and told I owe Vodacom money. Prescribed debt if any. Do me a favour loose my new number or face harassment consequences!!!!! If YOU deleted my number off your system how can you still charge me for contracts if the number dont exist!!!
