I canceled my booking on the 09th of July 2025 which was a free cancelation. From then till now I am still awaiting my refund which never came. It's now past 14 days for a refund to be returned. I messaged the property and emailed them but I never get a response!

Hello, I trust you are well. I have recently sent my parents to the Telkom store in Phoenix Plaza to get assistance in getting WiFi connected at home. As my sister and I both reside in Cape Town it is impossible for us to be in store to sign documents. Does your Brand not cater for the elderly who needs help and are unable to do it on their own. The name of your disrespectful staff member is Wesley Naidoo this man is nothing but rude and disrespectful telling us over the phone how customer service should be and how it should be done. Please do not fail to understand we work in the International BPO business and for us Customer service is a high focus to not just me but all staff we train to get the job done. I am disappointed with your brand!!
Pathetic service from Phoenix Lewis is Pathetic!! Faulty appliance been asking for a replacement for a fridge which is noisy and the store states it will be repaired not replaced yet the CPA states any faulty appliances should be replaced and not repaired!! My parents are not young to keep running back and forth to the store and transport fees are not covered by Lewis!! This will go higher if this is not resolved!!
