Pathetic
Worst bank ever. I struggled 9months to be assisted with my credit card insurance to pay after I got retrenched due to covid. In that 9months the interest kept going up and up. Now I missed 1 payment due to maternity leave (which is just intrest due to their useless insurance department) and they say I am more than 90days in arears. That is in fact not true. I sent proof of payment. I also already did pay the arear amount and more.

Horrible
Place that we rented from then had cracks and lots of problems and was super dirty when we moved in. We did not put anything on the walls now they charge us for full paint on the house. Looking for any reason not to give your deposit back, they even charge you more after you move out, because they do not note all problems in the move in report but do when you move out. Will not recommend them to anyone. Be aware they are very dodgy.

No service or network
Got my 5G router today and email to say my sim is working. No service, called them o sorry our towers are down in your area . That was 3hours ago and still now service. As I work from home and need it tomorrow how the hell am I suppose to work with no service because towers are down. As a first time user of Rain I will not continue using them or even recommend them as no service as promised. And yes it is available in my are.
